“Received two boxes full of 500 loose rounds, crushed and expressed concern about possible crushed rounds, front counter person basically gave me a sentence full of they really didn’t care or weren’t responsible, and I would have to take it up with the manufacturer if any rounds were unusable, so whether it was done at outdoor limited or by someone else, I’m not sure, but they certainly weren’t taking the wrap for it, but certainly would take my money without seeing if there were damage to the 9 mm rounds in the boxes, so I was stuck with what they gave me whether I liked it or not. Not exactly instiling confidence in me of outdoor limited’s business practices although I’ve bought many thousands of rounds from them and never been disappointed until now still doesn’t leave me feeling confident about buying online and then picking up ammunition that could be defective and they really don’t care or will not do anything about it nor refund my money for a better product or non defective product.”
