“Outdoor Limited web site was relatively easy to navigate and order (although there was an error worth noting). And their packing, shipping and delivery went very well -- on time and complete. The error was that I thought I'd ordered brass casing; but I received steel casing on the 4 boxes of 9mm rounds. I am 95% confident I chose the right boxes to order; but in the end, the billing sheet said otherwise. I would definitely have changed the order if the "ordering cart" had cited steel vs brass; but it didn't. Hence, my recommendation to Outdoor Limited would be to consider making the order details more explicit for final review. For the record, I reload my brass and most of the indoor ranges I go to prohibit steel casing (hence, it is an important factor - even if just for target practice rounds)”
