“Customer service with live chat is perfect, however it took longer than expected to get the package. Also the tracker didnt update status until a day or two before actual delivery so wasn't sure if it was already shipped or not.”

Thank you for your response. We have had an increase in orders and yes we are shipping a little behind our normal schedule. However in this case we did get it to Fedex rather quickly and we see they did not scan the package as often as they should have which made it hard for all of us to see what the actual delivery date was. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience.
