“I have used outdoor in the past and they are my go to online ammo store. Unfortunately more often I find that the packaging I receive is damaged and in some instances my ammo arrived in less than desirable conditions (last order almost all of ammo boxes were damaged allowing for loose ammo in delivery box as well as moisture).”

“I have been ordering ammunition online for over a year. The companies I have bought from in the past deliver my ammo within 3 days of my order. It took over two weeks for me to receive my order from Outdoor Limited. I wasn't very happy about it.”

“I purchased ammo and had it sent to my local FFL. I did not receive any email of it being sent or when it arrived. My name was not on the box which made picking it up difficult. In the future can you put the name of the person who purchased on the shipping label?”

“While they said up front that they were having shipping delays I expected a longer wait, but what was not acceptable was packing 400 rounds of 20 round boxes lose in the box. Several of the 20 round boxes had opened and torn, leaving 100 round lose in the box rattling around. Not what I expected.”
