“Ordered ammo said you have a good amount left and then get a email saying that you sold to many and I didn’t get my ammo. I get things happen and especially in a time like this.”

“Shipping was terrible with FedEx. Twice I got a notice it was on the truck for delivery and twice I received an email later on in the day Telling me the ….due to operational problems your delivery is postponed until tomorrow. FedEx didn’t even pick it up from outdoor limited until several days after I got notice the FedEx had received the shipping information.”

“I guess the company is trying to get ammo as best possible but when you add something to your wish list or notify list, and then it becomes available only to get notified when the product is gone, why have a waiting list at all.”

“Well this time took a little longer and shorted 100 rounds of 22LR. Still waiting on a response for the claim(only been a day).......Their first response was fast and have never had any issues before, so pretty sure it was just an honest mistake.........”

“The only complaint I have is ammo was in a cardboard box with gaps filled with foam. One side didn't have the gray plastic film to protect ammo boxes. I cut the foam off but there is still some stuck on the shell boxes.”

“I dont believe in bashing a company.But I never recieved my package.I can blame outdoor unlimited for not knowing what their insurance covers and asking them several times.All I get is oh it just covers the investigation.It says something about theft.Spoke to supervisor and she tried to say that I recieved it,when I didnt.Pretty unprofessional staff I talked to.I spent $1100 on this ammo and they didn't seem to care,except to tell me it's out of their hands,thanks for your help,not!!”

“Ordered some 22lr but instead of receiving it, I was credited back the amount, invoice said out of stock. I know it's hard to keep inventory in stock but the online ordering system needs to be more real-time updated.”
