“Delivery was admittedly a little slow. Product appears to be good. Price seems fair. Delivery charge high. Yes you can join their club and get free delivery. Maybe that will be pursued. Will probably explore other options before coming back for business.”

“I don't have any issues with the ammo because it is intended for storage. My issues were the delay and long ship time...very disappointed. This will be my first and last purchase.”

“Items are easy to locate on the website and the transaction went smoothly, however shipping was rather expensive. My only real complaint is that the product description wasn't (and still hasn't) been updated to reflect the fact that these rounds are no longer nickel plated, due to supply issues at the manufacturer.”

“Have called and asked about my order and was told it I had been shipped. I asked why I have not received updates ect… was told hmm I don’t know. Still waiting for my order that was said to be delivered 2 days ago.”

“My shipment arrived with visible damage to the outside of the shipping box. I found the damage affected one box of ammo. At least three rounds were compressed and not safe to fire. I recommend better packaging to protect against impacts.”

“Very happy with the ammo, need to work on packaging though. My shotgun shells crushed the boxes of 22 ammo. After struggling for a bit I just put them in zip lock bags”

“Having found out that shipping ammo anywhere near the USPS is a no-no, it would be great if your website shared more about that. I do not mind UPS, but I do not want them leaving anything on my porch. Instead, I suggest two options, that whether is be UPS or FedEx, that the option to pick up said items from their closest distribution center be one option, and the other, that they come up with a morning or afternoon in which the customer can be at home. Other than that, I wish I could have completed the purchase with you as ammo is getting pricey around these parts.”

“Seemed fine till I realized that the magazines I ordered were not going to work on my pistol. I called and was told no returns. Won’t buy again. Buyer beware!!!”

“I order a large quantity of ammo that also was to include a free ammo can with the order. I did get the ammo but never received the ammo can for it. When a customer places a order with a perk it’s up to the company representing the offer to make good on it.”

“Clicked on a promotion to purchase some 5.56 ammo with a free ammo can for any purchase over $300. Order arrived ….. no ammo can. When I contacted Outdoor Limited, they said I must have order before or after the promotion. That was it. If you are offer a promo then you should honor it. I got no notification that the promotion hadn’t begun or was over when I clicked on the order link with the advertised promotion. Very disappointed !!!! Not the type of customer service I expected.”

“Shipping guy is a little slow. But it got handled with a little help. I may order more cause it was reasonable. Just 7 days longer than expected.. delayed but still good. So I give 3 outa 5”

“Way to long handling time before shipping and then it was packed poorly!, one box of bullets looked like they were run over by a car, the box was torn and fell apart when I tried to take it out of the package. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.”
