“The store certainly has choices. The prices are fair. Although the prices everywhere have jumped you can expect free shipping here. I did contact customer service to ask why there was a BIG price jump on my ammo. The person was short on his/her comments. I didn't feel any emotion from him/her regarding the pain I felt when I saw my cart price. Sure costs are up everywhere but dont you think a coupon code for even a returning regular customer like myself can do alot for the customer base morale? And not even black Friday price breaks?! Come on.”

“Nicely boxed, shells looked perfect and if you care, attractive. I shot two rounds of skeet and they performed perfectly. I recommend these 3" 410 shells.”

“Outdoor Limited has the best prices I have been able to find. The Fiocchi 5.7x 28mm ammo is excellent, I tried a box of Lambro 410ga ammo for my Judge they fire fine but had to use a screwdriver to knock them out of the cylinder. NOT ACCEPTABLE!”

“I have purchased from outdoor limited a few times before and did not have any issues but the last order I placed was not the case. I made a large order because I like the free shipping. When it was delivered, one of the items was a case of special shotgun shells. What I received was completely different from what I ordered. I contacted the company and Cody responded. He suggested send back the wrong case and they will give me a credit. I asked that they send me the correct case of shells rather than a credit, because otherwise if be paying the shipping cost. I didn't get any reply for days until after I called and wrote more emails. They finally agreed to send me a RMA and said they would send me the correct shells. I sent the shells back immediately and I had to contact them again after they had received the returned shells. Then after all that I received an email saying that they were sorry but they were sold out and they were giving me a credit on my card. What I learned from this is their customer service is terrible. I will not purchase from them again. Beware if you are considering purchasing from Outdoor Limited.”

We appreciate your feedback. We do admit to the mistake on our end, sending you something that you did not order. We did our best to get you taken care of and Cody is very good at responding to emails and phone calls. In fact we can see when your initial email came in, at the end of our business day, Cody took the time to email you back and tell you that because of the time, we would be looking at this the next morning. He worked on making this right for you but after speaking with our warehouse manager was told due to our inventory updates in real-time, this item unfortunately sold out and the only other option to make this right was to refund you for what you did not receive. We apologize for that and we apologize once again for the mistake of sending you something you did not order, there were 9 items on your order and somehow there was a mistake made with this one item. We do hope to continue to do business with you.
