“Missing all of my .22 ammo from my order and 100rds of my .40 ammo. Apparently they pacled 9mm blazer in the same box under my winchester ammo and they basically replied to me like I was trying to steal the ammo I didn't even know I had. I spent over $450 and wish I never decided to try you guys out, 2/18 and I still don't have my ammo. No apologies, no expedited shipping for your mistake just "would you like to return it or pay for it". Pardon me for trying to give ya'll my business, my mistake.”

Thank you for your review. I see communication started with you on February 10th when one of our customer service representatives reached out asking you to check the items you receive, we felt there was likely a mistake with a part of your order. (The package had not yet been delivered to you) We identified our mistake and were making you aware of it. We received a response from you a day later with; "Thank you for reaching out, I opened the box tonight when i saw your email. I seem to have everything but the 5 boxes of .22 quiet i ordered. Everything else in my order arrived and is exact." What we asked you to look for was (5) boxes of 9mm that was packed with your order, instead of the .22 quiet rounds. Your email clearly stated you were just missing the 22 quiet rounds and nothing about receiving (5) boxes of 9mm until we asked you once again. In addition our records show we shipped you the .40 ammunition and you did not state you were missing this item in your initial email. We clearly made a mistake and own that with sending 9mm vs the .2 quiet. However we have been trying to work with you to get this resolved. In fact we are still waiting on a response from our last email to you yesterday, 2/26. We would love to help get this matter taken care of for you. Feel free to give us a call at 877-229-0351 so we can take care of this for you.
