“This is my second order from Outdoor Limited for ammo delivery to my California address and I have yet to be disappointed with the outcome. This most recent order of various calibers (10mm, .357 mag, .38spl and 9mm) was placed on a Thursday and arrived at my door on the following Tuesday AM. I'm very pleased with this overall purchase. All rounds went bang as expected and the cost per round was very reasonable compared to in-store California prices. Outdoor Limited will be my primary source for obtaining all of my ammo needs going forward.”

“#2057323 PLACED AN ORDER IN OCT, 40% OF THE AMMO SENT WAS WRONG. THEY WERE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED OF THEIR ERROR, I FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS FOR RETURN, AND THE AMMO RETURNED BY FEDEX AND RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY ON OCT 17TH. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD SENT ME THE CORRECT AMMO BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR, BUT NOT SO. I ASKED FOR THE REFUND TO BE POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WHO TAKES 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFUND AN ORDER WHEN THE COMPANY WAS AT FAULT. BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PRIORITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE SPOKE ON THE PHONE AND ALSO BY EMAIL WITH C__Y, EVERYONE WAS NICE BUT NO ACTION. IT HAS NOW BEEN 16 FULL BUSINESS AND NO REFUND ON MY CARD. THE REVIEW RAITING ON THEIR WEB SITE FOR A RETURN IS "DIFFICULT". EVEN WHEN THE COMPANY IS IN ERROR THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK---WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT? AS OF NOV 11, STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. MIKE”
