“Well, so i was at the point of needing to buy more ammo(bulk). Had been searching around to see who had the best deals. I settled on outdoor limited because the ammo that was shown in the pic, i have need seen before and tbh it looked really nice( a light silver jacket and this tips that was an even lighter silver- never thought I'd buy ammo based on what it looks like, but it was appealing... so much to the point where my brother didn't even need ammo but decided to get some too)which stood out from the other companies. Price was in a good range as well. I received the ammo.. eagerly opening the box to see this really nice look ammo and how it looks in person... Needless to say, it was not as it appeared in the image. Not even close. It's this smoke metal gray for the casing and the tip is bronze. Called the company like "hey i went with you guys for the ammo because of the appeal and it looks nothing like in the pic". The response i got was "oh, maybe it's the wrong pic up. We don't have that ammo that's in the pic" at that point i was a little upset but to keep in perspective.. i didn't get mad because the price and shipping was on par. Felt like a moment of waiting on a fresh pair of Jordan's that you had on your xmas list but received a pair of Shaq's that resembles the jordans.”

“Shipping was slow and I was having issues with my gun, so the ammo didnt make it in time to actually test it out before I shipped my pistol back to S&W for repairs. I did shoot the "Remington 380 ACP UMC range bucket" (from a prior order) through the 'Factory new' 'S&W mod2 .380ez' (the pistol that's giving me issues). It failed to feed several times and had several stovepipes. At this point I dont know if it was the .380ez, or the ammo, so I shipped it back to S&W, like i said. I will see what they say when I get it back.”

“Case (Spam can) required a special tool to open it, that tool was not included. Had to hack into it with a hammer and chisel.”

“Being a Californian and getting the chance to send ammo strait to the residence was great. Outdoor Limited did us Californians a favor by making us priority during the 12 or so hours we got at freedom! Thank You! The only problem i had were a description on ammo that I bought. The description had the words "lead free 95 grains". Well, it isn't lead free, it is copper jacket lead ammo! Luckily I didn't order a ton of it. No returns on ammo so...... Besides that, the service was great!”

“I had to give you a 3 and I’ll explain why. I ordered two different orders. Both orders were for the same ammunition and the same amount. First order arrived and was totally wrong ammunition and amount. I had to return the wrong ammo and the ammo I ordered was no longer available. This ammo is difficult to find and it took me 6 emails to get this going as I was unable to contact you by phone. I’m now waiting for my refund and looking for more of this ammunition, but can’t afford to buy it until I get my money back. I thought you might be more help in finding this ammunition for me as this was Not my mistake. The packing slip even stated the correct ammunition. I had ordered 500 rounds of 5.7X28mm and was sent 200 rounds of 7.62X51. This should have been obvious to the person who packed this order. 2nd order arrived just as ordered and I was very happy with that one.”

“Service was acceptable but when shipping was added to the cost of the purchase the price went up to what I would spend buying retail at my shooting range. Is there a lower cost for members?”

“They did a good job to send me my order. My only complaint is that I sent a cancelation of my order 10 minutes after I ordered because I wanted a different grain. I was told they could not cancel the order because it is a big warehouse so it wouldn't be possible. I think that was a lack of effort to resolve my satisfaction but I could be wrong but the one thing that I can do is not buy from them again. Hope this helps chech your order”

“Not that it’s OL’s fault, but paying double for half the 9mm ammo is a ripoff! At least OL shipped it fast and my ammo arrived before the projected date.”

“Very fast shipping at a great price. But and it’s a big but. Once round was fired it was now stuck in the breach. Case swelled so much that it requires a screw driver or a rod to eject the spent brass. Armscor should be ashamed of themselves for such a poor cartridge. I’ve tried to contact them but no response. It’s been almost two weeks now.”

“Good ammo, terrible packaging. Outer box was fine, individual ammo boxes were torn. As I removed them from the outer box they fell apart and ammo spilled everywhere. Other than that, no complaints.”
