Very good service and product, just not impressed with the company in that you have to join a group to get special deals early, probably shop elsewhere because of your good ol boy buyers club mentality.

Ammo is nice and clean. Boxes arent damaged. Happy with the rounds. Disappointed with outdoorlimited. Been ordering from them for years with no issues, always been happy. Each time I order the shipping cost just gets higher and higher. Paid 20.00 for shipping and was given 4 different delivery dates, and was 4 days late being delivered. Ordered 1,000 rounds from midway usa on Saturday and received my order that following Thursday. Probably my last order from this site. Bummer...

I’ve been a customer of yours for a few years already, and honestly it’s been good until my last experience. I was looking for buckshot shells and couldn’t find it online, that’s when I decided to reach out to your customer service and see if you might have something that wasn’t reflected online or if you might have anything arriving in the near future. I got a reply a few days later from your customer service saying: “check out our website!!!” Then I sent another email explaining that I wanted to see if you might have anything arriving soon, to which I receive another reply, exactly the same saying: “ check our website” This really wasn’t helpful at all, and honestly very poor poor performance on your customer service team. So just a suggestion to your customer service team for future customers- at least show some effort in helping us out.

I ordered ammo based off "in stock" information on the website. Due to what's going on I knew it would take longer than normal but after over a week I received an email stating that your inventory had oversold products therefore it wasn't available to me and I would not be receiving my items. Still waiting on my refund but I understand errors and accidents happen which is what I rated acceptable and not poor.

When I placed my order it said there was 10 items available. However, when I received the order it was 3 items short. To date I have not received any notification telling me the remaining 3 items will be shipped later or I will be refunded for the missing items. You just need to communicate a bit better on your plan when an order is not completely filled especially during these difficult times. Also you need to do a better job of keeping up with your current inventory. It’s hard for me to understand how that can get messed up in this computer age.

I have many kci mags new and old, I don’t really know if the mags I received are kci. Was delivered with no packaging, no sort of branding with kci logo. So I basically don’t know what brand magazines I received. Price and shipping were great, but can’t get to range to test.

Price was good. Shipping was a little slow but I guess there is a shortage of ammo right now. But I am waiting on my 2nd shipment and it is very slow in coming.

Phone message didnt indicate that storefront was low in stock, nobody answered during business hours. ( I discovered after 45m drive. ) So I rdered online of a STOCKED item for local pickup, still not ready 2 weeks later. I understand high demand, but the item is still in stock, with no word on my status. I'd have paid expedited and delivery if I had known local pickup was this delayed. Seem like good staff, though. Maybe could hire some more "essential employees" for order backlog or automate more. :)

A fairly smooth experience. Although I was notified by email that it had shipped and then two days later received an email saying that the shipment has been delayed and to expect the package in 7÷10 days then two days later the package arrived.
