“It would have been nice if someone asked for the FOID card as soon as the order was placed. I had to wait over a week to follow up and then was told how to send the FOID card. It defeated the purpose of spending an extra $9.99 on expedited shipping to still get my product 2 weeks later.”

“love the site and products but I just received my order. Given COVID and everything going on the shipping time was fine but I was missing a box of ammo from my order. It was circled on the packing slip but I haven't received anything stating it is on back order or what is going on with it. I am just looking for better communication when I am placing a $600 order.”

“Had to call to let them know that I paid for express service. After inquiring about an order cancellation. The order finally shipped. When the package arrived(3 boxes of .40) they were in rough shape. The boxes Beat up and looked like they have been around for a long time. The ammo was tarnished and dirty. The dented of the cartridges have dirt in them. I was happy to get ammo when you couldn’t find any in the store. However, for the price I had to pay to get the ammo...I’d expect a better looking product.”

“I received only part of my order (the .475 Linebaugh) but the 9mm Browning Long ammo was missing from the order with no explanation other than a cryptic note on my invoice that said "returned." Is my ammo on back order or cancelled or what? Will you make an adjustment to my credit card?”
