Ammo containers broken resulting in loose ammo throughout the shipping box.

The boxes of .308 were in bad shape. The cartridges themselves were fine, but the boxes were badly misshapen. They will not stack for storage

The order came when promissed. However, the box had been dropped and it was tapped back together. The box was not sufficiently strong to hold the amount of ammunition it contained. Several of the boxes of .45 ammo were also destroyed and several of the plastic trays were broken. Ammo was loose in the shipping box. Apparently they were thrown back in the box by UPS. I had to use some of my extra boxes that I use for bulk ammo to properly store the ammo.

I received the last of my order yesterday, I only received 900 rounds of my 1000 round order of 45. NOT HAPPY!!!! I have been using you for years and this has never happened. I would like an explanation and the last 100 rounds of my order.

It arrived a few days late which isn't a big deal but I did not receive the correct ammo that I purchased. I ordered steel case with brass projectile and received all steel rounds. Although I'm not too excited about shooting steel projectiles through my rifle I suppose they will be just as handy if I need them.

I understand that you are overwhelmed right now as I work at Costco but if you could please respond to emails about orders that were paid for that would mean a lot to your customers. The day my order was delivered was the day I disputed the charges because I couldn't get a response. I immediately retracted the dispute once I saw the FedEx guy. This was 4 days after the schedule delivery date that was canceled by sender. Stay well and keep up the American dream. 2A

Good price not great. Only purchased as local was sold out. Would spend thousands here each year but shipping costs are a thing of the past. Can’t get onboard with paying for shipping. Sorry.

Delivery and quality as always are on point. But i've ordered a lot of merchandise from outdoor limited. The price increases are ridiculous! LOYAL customers should still get regular or at least lower prices. These first time, END OF THE WORLD buyers are ruining it for the rest of us.

Be careful to order the correct ammo. I made the mistake of ordering 222 Magnum and received 222 ammo. I thought the website said 222 Magnum. 222 ammo will not work. The lady i talked to explained why they can't exchange ammo. I fully understand their policy. I learned a $56.00 lesson. Good company to deal with but the old adage of "let the buyer beware" . applies..

Left several voice messages and two or three emails. Did not get a return call or reply to my emails. I must have called about 20-30 times, only one time Matt picked up the phone and was very helpful, but the rest of the time, NOBODY picks up the phone, NOBODY. Poor in that I received the wrong ammo in my most recent order. Good in that when I called I received good customer service. Averages out to "Acceptable." Hopefully, there will be a quick resolution to the issue. We shall see.

No where did the site say the rounds were steel casing. I now have 1000 rounds of 223 I can't shoot.

Ordering ammo in this manner is ridiculously high because of shipping cost. I don’t plan doing it again.
