“A combination of Very Poor and Very Good: Was having problems several weeks ago placing a order via the website, but after a number of attempts finally gave up. I 'phoned the business the following Monday (during business hours)and got voice mail. I left a detailed message describing my trouble with the website and my desire to place a bulk order. I left my 'phone number. Did not receive a call back after several days. Time got away from me and I ended up buying enough ammo for an upcoming match from Gun Rack. I called a second time and got VM again-- this time I left no message. For the Very Good: Subsequently placed an order successfully through the website for pickup. Everything went smoothly with no hitches. When I picked up my order, I noticed several people walking the hallway behind the counter person. I wonder why, then, you would rely on VM in lieu of having a human answer the 'phone. DDD”

“Products as advertised. Packing was poor. Those foam peanuts could have gone a long way in stabilizing the products to prevent the pieces from falling out of boxes. The next package I received was packed well with foam peanuts.”

“Shipment on time, great price, and received what I ordered. Box was destroyed and small boxes of ammo were beat up inside. And peanuts as packing should be illegal.”

“I've ordered ammo from OL at least 4 times and have experienced issues and/or delays 3X. All issues were cleared up and resolved; one even on a Sunday, so I credit their customer support. I'm not sure if it was due to a database glitch, but my Buyers Club membership still resulted in a shipping charge which required me to follow-up on a fairly lengthy phone call. I hope and anticipate no further problems / issues. Once the order is processed, shipping has been reasonably quick with good packaging.”

“The TulAmmo 357 ammunition should not be stocked. Every round sticks in my revolver. My gun is very clean and I have no problem with any other ammunition. Prices, packaging, and delivery were great.”

“Id actually take this ammo off yoir site. While it is cheap and you get what you pay for this ammo was especially poor quality. The other ammo i bought from you was way better quality. If wasnt for this ammo itd have been 5 stars. Thank you though, just remove this junk ammo from your site to save ppl like me headaches from buying crappy product from a trusted source”

“I received package Jan 15, box tore up and tape up and relabel saying barcode damage label probably why it took so long to get here. Checked all products boxes were good. Love getting back to the range, thanks a lot.”

“PMC FMJ is my absolute go to range ammo. My biggest issue is price because I shoot so many rounds down range. OL is very competitive in that regard. Their delivery time was great on the first order. However, the order wan wrong. It took a lot longer to get the correct ammo delivered. I assume their were some very legitimate reasons for the delay and I will do another order with them. I believe they will be very responsive and get the order right. I called them several (really several) times and only got a voice mail. I really hate that when I'm trying to spend my money with some one. Anyhow when I was able to talk with the folks there they were very nice and responsive to me over the phone. Bottom line I believe they will be great source for ammo for me. I expect my review to be a better one next time.”

“I give it ‘acceptable’ because it got here. It was a target ammo order. The box opened in shipment. Fed-ex had to repackage it, delaying delivery and compromising my confidentiality. Moreover, one of the rounds was damaged. However, to OUTDOOR LTD’s credit, they issued me a credit well in excess of the damage and was quick to respond to my email to their customer service. I feel comfortable that they are looking into this, will get to the bottom of the problem and fix it. They impressed me with their response and I will remain a customer of theirs.”
