“I’ve got two orders that I haven’t gotten 16 gauge and 12 gauge because I always have picked my orders up at the store the old building and I’ve been to the new building and picked my ammo up!!! But I don’t know what I need to do to get my orders now??? Please tell me what I need to do??? Get it delivered to my house or what??? I Love doing business with y’all !! It’s just gotten crazy the pass month or more!!!! Holler back”

“I am not giving these guys a poor rating but the experience was not too good. The online ordering was great, it was a breeze. I am local so I chose to pick up at their location instead of shipping. It was only a few days later that I emailed the team only to find out they were stopping pickup due to the circumstances of the stay at home order and it could have been months before I could pick up. They could not charge me shipping and just ship it. It had to be canceled and reordered which was offered by one person but it has been 11 days now and still has not been canceled and through email another person acted like It was a big deal but they would cancel and that was 6 days ago. I understand under the circumstances things are crazy but they could have worked out a way to ship. I can only imagine how many locals are stuck without their product. I will definitely give these guys a shot when things settle.”

“Started out fine. I made a mistake (legal ignorance, ammunition sale) and asked to refund my credit card. I got a somewhat kurt response “we will refund your card as a one time courtesy as soon as your card will process it.”that was March 27 I’m pretty sure it could have been done by now. It has put my card over the limit because of the new monthly charges for April. That’s part my fault I guess but I’ve emailed once already about it taking so long thanks in advance Frank Trisko”

“It is what i purchased thought the higher prices kinda put it in line with other shops not quiet the deal they were a few weeks prior . but 10 dollars more is still better than others 30 dollar hikes”

“Slow delivery service. Ordered 8 days later from a competitor and both orders arrived on same day. Prices just ok, it could be the times we are all dealing with right now. Did not appreciate having to set up an account to be able to track my package! Should have been happy just to take my money and forward information to my email! Only ok!”
