“I love your offerings and (not of) your prices. However, the last few orders were for business purposes (as opposed to personal consumption) and found the LIMITS of ammo I could order a bit off-putting. Was not the case with a major competitors of yours out of the mid-west, which allows me to order everything the company needs at one go. Thanks, Matt - Big Sandy Shoot, Arizona.”

“Checked order status and says it has "shipped". I live 5 miles away and can't understand why order was "shipped" as I always pick up my items in person. Very confusing this time. Tried calling also, but no answer.”

“Shipping took longer then expected, prices don’t seem to be as good as they were, a bought the re-ammo like a sways do this round is probably the worst batch yet. Casings are oxidized Steel casing all three out.”

“Order the blue tips...received regular brass. Came in a timely fashion and shoots great, just not what i ordered. If i wasnt in need of the ammo i would've returned. Hopefully next time i order things will go more smoothly.”

“I wish you would tell customers how many boxes or separate shipments it would take to ship customer's irder. In my case, my FFL received four (4) boxes with four (4) differents track numbers. Therefore, I had to pay the FFL, $75.00 for them to give me the ammo! I now must figure out my total expense for the ammo -- was your discounted price worth the order?”

“Received package undamaged on the outside , inside my order was wrapped very well but the downside was one of the boxes sent to me was broke and after unwrapping it the contents went all over the place !!”

“The buckshot was fine, however, it was not as advertised. What was advertised was 20 Ga #00 Buckshot. It didn't appear to be #00 so I cut a round open. #00 buckshot is .33 inches. The average size of the Sterling buckshot was .292 inches. This falls between #2 buckshot .27 inches and #1 buckshot .30 inches. This is better than any other buckshot I have for the 20 gauge, but less than I expected. However, the interaction I had with Outdoor Limited was courteous and professional. “Ordered 3 cases of shot shells, one did not ship. Invoice has hand written note “refund 1 ANS209CASE” must have been out of stock but I was able to order it. Waiting to see if my card has the refund on it.”
