“Delivery took awhile.”

“Slow shipping, got my zip code wrong. UPS fixed it after 2 phone calls. Took over 2 weeks. Their after shipping sucks. They tell you up front not to contact them over shipping... But like a D/A, i bought from them again.. Good prices-slow shipping!”

“Could've been a 5 if they would've sent me the shipping & tracking email. Almost canceled order thru credit card co. Had to call them 3 times! All in all the tracking info they provided was accurate & I received my package.”

“A little disappointed on the time of order versus delivery. Since it was more than the 5 working days as noted in your website. Other suppliers can deliver faster, but I do like dealing with your company. Not sure who I will use next time.”

“My order was taken on a Friday and the email said that it should be shipped and delivered by approximately the following Friday! When that day came, I had not received the normal shipping notification that said it had been shipped and when it was to be delivered. When I called to check I was told that that date of delivery was just an estimate, and that may package had not been processed or given a shipment time. I’ve made a few orders prior to this one and been more than satisfied with the service. Here’s hoping that my next purchase will be less stressful for me in the future. Thanks for letting me vent. 😜”

“Ship time leaves much to be desired. I ordered all parts from 6 different sources & ammo from 2 sources for an AR15 build (450 Bushmaster) on the same day. I received all parts and ammo from the other source 8 days before my ammo order from you. Such delays may have been acceptable during Covid, but not now. Ammo quality (Precision One) is fine, as long as I'm not in a hurry to get it.”

“I have no issues with the ammunition I purchased. Hornady and Winchester both make good ammo. However, actual delivery was not made until a full week after my G mail's estimated delivery date. I altered my schedule so that I would be home to get this ammunition parcel before porch pirates did.”

“Transaction went fine, price is comparable with other sights. Shipping was not great. The boxes were mostly destroyed in shipping and won’t hold the bullets for storage. The only thing keeping them together during shipping was the plastic wrap. More padding would have helped the boxes survive.”
