I'm going to provide some honest feedback. As we all know the market for ammunition is to some degree a commodity business. Customers are initially won and lost on price, but quality and customer service are what differentiate one company from another in building any customer loyalty. I purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm ammo and several boxes had low quality rounds (bullet pressed to far onto the casing). Not a huge number (13) but still caused me to wonder about the quality process and I reached out to customer support. I sent pictures to ensure that CS knew I wasn't making it all up. The response was: 1) we get our ammo from various distributors and can't inspect every round and 2) If I wanted to return the entire order I could or one box I could for a refund. My thoughts: 1) As a customer, the CS rep should be owning the problem for OL and not transfer responsibility to your vendor. OL needs to manage vendor quality - it's not the customer's problem. 2) While returning 1000, or 50 rounds for a small number of junk rounds is "acceptable", it's not "good service" or "very good" service. If you want to differentiate yourself in this commodity marketplace for ammo, then an excellent response might have been to send me a complimentary 50rd box. That would have gotten the 5 stars and created a customer who would come back without shopping around. Just some food for thought - I don't know your business model or margins but have been in consumer products and customer service for 30+ years. Best regards!

Did not send me one of the 22lr cartridge boxes I had ordered - I called and emailed and no response. Other than that, ammo has been good so far.

Prices are competitive but have found same price and free shipping offers at other online retailers that ship MUCH faster

Box was in poor shape upon arrival and some of the ammo boxes were broken open and when I checked those boxes I was missing a total of 4 rounds. Not sure what delivery truck or plane they fell out on but they were gone and fell out of the box that was rough.

Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore now offering the same ammo for 44.99 - quite a bit cheaper than what I paid your store!

I purchased the $99 buyers club. Thing that kind of rubs me is; you have to buy $200 of ammo to get free shipping.,

I'm giving 3 stars for now as I've never used any of this brand, but have heard good thing about gold medal primers. When I get time I'll update review and hopefully give it 5 stars.

The shipping took about a week. The major problem was the ammo from Armscor the first box of 50 I had 21 failure to fire the second time around I got six more rounds to fire off. This was tried in 3 different guns bolt action, lever action, and single action revolver. The second box 10 failure to fire and the second time through the revolver, I got 3 to fire off. I contacted Armscor and they never got back to me yet. The ammo I got is junk. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I did fill out a warranty form from them I will give them till next week to get back to me then I will call again. I’m not happy with my purchase at all. Like most reviews no one reads them or for that matter cares about the customer today. I didn’t tell Outdoor Limited about my problem I called the manufacture. I think I might give them a call next week also if I do not hear from the manufacture.

My order was delivered quickly and accurately but the plastic cases were smashed on three of the boxes of 22LR shells and the spray foam was not contained by the gray plastic so it was stuck on the cardboard boxes of the 280 shells. It doesn’t affect the ammo itself, but just seemed sloppy. Thank you, Todd Lindell

I’m gonna give a 3 star because I don’t know if it was the packing or the deliver Company when I received my package, the box looks like somebody kicked it down the hallway about 10 times I open up the box and there was bullets everywhere There was a hole in the box, but no bullets were missing

Well built and sturdy. Some trouble with feeding out the box but after a few cycles, it was a bit easier. Tougher to load than Magpuls, but the lips feel a bit stiffer. Takes a little more effort to load into a rifle than Magpul mags: it doesn't click in easily unless the bolt is open.

Outdoor unlimited chose to have a carrier leave 1000 rounds at the mailbox near the street. I love specific instructions to leave at front door. Kinda of important when getting ballistic projectiles to have it delivered to a secure location.

Order took forever to arrive and ammo spilled out into the box because somebody didn't think to wrap the correct boxes.
