“Placed an order. Never got any E-mail confirmation. Waited days, still nothing. E-mailed OL, no response, Called, no response. Placed the order again. Finally got through via phone. They said both orders went through. They should have sent an e-mail confirmation on the first order.”

“Loaded pretty hot. Cycle great through my rock island 1911. I’ve shot a couple hundred rounds and in the first 50 I had 2 light primer strikes. I’ll give it another chance but I can’t be worried about that type of stuff if I’m aiming at a deer or worse a bear possibly. First time I’ve experienced this with precision one ammo”

“FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address, and customer service was initially helpful. I paid for shipping insurance through Outdoor Limited so 1 week after it was delivered to the wrong address I requested they send me another box. I never heard from them again until a request for this review. My order showed up 4 days after I asked for another to be shipped with the shipping address circled, and “Return to Sender” written in the box. I understand it was a FedEx mistake, but having to explain I don’t have a mailroom in my house was a little strange. A description of what the shipping insurance covers would be helpful.”

“Great company fast shipping but the bullets didn’t fit anyone’s gun tried returning it told me to contact the manufacturer can’t get a hold of anybody now I’m stuck with $200 worth of unusable ammo!😞”

“I always have had positive experiences with OL until this last order. I was trying to take advantage of the Winchester rebate. The product I bought, as it turned out, was not eligible. In the OL website, all the Winchester products were together. It was not obvious that some products qualified and some didn’t. I guess buyer beware is what governs OL business practices.”

“Primers are pretty hard on some of the ammo. I would say 50 percent of them thus far. Other than that, ammo is decently accurate.”
