“I like the shotgun shells. I tried this week to log into my account and was told on screen that I had to rest my password before I could log in again. BS Im not playing BS games with logins!!”

“Can not see your order in your account or your invoice. You have to remember exactly what you ordered and price. It shouldnt be that difficult for them to add to you account so you may want to reorder if the product is good. All my other suppliers have this information in your account order history.”

“5 rounds of the Armscor 9mm were compressed into the brass jacket. I reached out to OU only to be told they could not help me unless I send back full box. I fired other 45 rounds. What if I hadn’t noticed the compressed rounds and fired them off. The gun could have exploded causing serious injury. Poor customer service.”

“Shipping times were acceptable but packaging was poor as when I picked up the package off my front porch, ammo was falling out of the box. When I opened the box several boxes of ammo were broken open.”

“Prices from Outdoor Unlimited are among the best, great line of ammo, my only gripe is shipping, although free for over $200, shipping time is, well leaves a lot to be desired, shipping time advertised is not close to the actual shipping time. I did contact customer service and was told it was in the shipping company, ie Fed Ex, they can't ship without the product.”

“Product prices were good, communication from Outdoor Limited was nonexistent. I never received any updates or communication after my payment was received. The Aftership tracking app was worthless! My order finally arrived but the app stated that there was an issue and no delivery update was available. The only reason I would order from them again would be if no one else had what I needed.”

“I have shot three boxes so far. The rounds group nicely but I have found that some of the rounds had firing pin strikes and never ignited. The dimple is in the center and the depth is correct. My concern is when I get further into the case I bought how many more am I going to find.”
