“Excellent product but pricey and a bit slow delivery. Understandable but it could be a little better. Also, collecting sales tax from Texas residents does not help in getting the competitive edge as other retailers such as those at GunBroker and do not collect sales tax from Texans in particular. Provided that the sales tax is the responsibility of sellers making profits rather than buyers. Thanks”

“Good product, poor communication on delivery which took much longer than competitors. I can’t answer if the delivery was on time because I never got a delivery date. Only a note that said product should ship within 7-10 days and a note that said not to call to ask about shipping dates”

“I received the wrong ammo. I have been waiting to hear from someone in regards to getting the correct ammo. I have filed the email with all the info in regards to my purchase. Other purchases I have made from you guys have been ok. But with this one I have been waiting for a return email or call in regards to the incorrect ammo delivery for a couple weeks now. Starting to think I’m not going to be getting the correct ammo. May start taking my business somewhere else for ammo.”

“Everything arrived in reasonable time and in good condition EXCEPT the soft rifle case which had an 8 inch long slice from a box cutter that must have been used to unpack a shipment of rifle cases at the warehouse or DC. Still waiting for a response after submitting an online problem form nearly a week ago. I believe the issue will be resolved but I’d appreciate it being expedited.”

“it took 10+ days before i got an email confirming 'shipped status'. i waited several days for my text so i could pick up at the site, but never got it. I emailed customer service and was taken care of promptly. was my worst experience w/ you, but i still love OutdoorLimited”

“I paid $49.99 per box for 30 06 150gr power point shells. Went to a local store that had 180gr power point shells for $18.99 a box. Talk about price gouging! I am not a happy buyer.”
