“Little jaded that I paid over $50 a box for reloads after taxes. Seeing brand new ammo one there for a few bucks more. Reloads should have been way cheaper , given the fact that they are , well, reloads.”

“Prices are much, much higher compared to competitors. Would only purchase here if I couldn't find at my regular retailer. Other than that, they provided the product in the time frame promised.”

“Not really happy that I had to call the company after my order was sitting processing for more than 14 days - then magically my order arrived 2 days later. I should not have had to call in the first place - and a common courtesy phone call or email saying that you were sorry that my order somehow got missed...”

“You need to check your customer service email more regularly. This purchase was made by mistake. I emailed the next day stating I need to cancel the order. Never heard anything from you. 10 days later order is delivered.”

“After purchasing the membership I realized that the only thing that was in stock was MRE’s and so I tried to to cancel the order and I was told no. It will be hard to get my money’s worth if I can only purchase MRE’s.”

“I hadn't received any contact about my order for several weeks. I had to contact you about my order: when is my order coming - is there some delay? Then I finally got information and my order was completed. Thank you! You need to stay in contact with your customers if shipments are delayed. I realize there is a lot of product going out these days with all the political uncertainty in the US but a some word about where orders are in shipment time is needed.”
