“Much prefer the old website, (ios version) the caliber search function was simply beautiful. This new site is much more cumbersome and I actually rather liked the almost archaic simple look of the old site.”

“My order arrived promptly and was packaged very well, but several boxes of ammunition were smashed open. The damage was done before shipment. These were 50 round boxes of 22 lr. I will still order from Outdoor Limited and hope my next purchase will come undamaged.”

“Perfeta 38 special ammo I received was a bad batch. At least the first box. Not Outdoor Limited fault. Many misfires in first box. Bad primers? Don't know. Just no bang. CCI ammo worked great. Very happy.”

“Wasn't to happy when I ordered my shells. I ordered 3 boxes and they called and said they only had 2 boxes. I asked if they were going to reorder and the guy said they didn't know. Does that mean no more or we'll see.”

“Order was simple/straight forward, but did not notice description of "bulk pack" when ordering. I realize that's my fault, but I think it bears emphasizing. Have not fired any rounds to check their reliability/performance, tho.”

“received my order quickly, the 2 boxes of(180grn) ammo were fine, the other 2 boxes(150grn)ammo were spotted & tarnished(looked like surplus ammo!) Outdoor Limited said it was winchester's problem and directed me to their customer service site. one week later still no reply from winchester. so after over 2hrs using "brasso" and "never dull" to clean and polish the ammo looks ok..next time i order i'll ask for the ammo to be inspected before shipping!!”

“Ammo was there but the plastic boxes there packed in were busted all up. So I had to store ammo in brown paper bag. I have always had great service and the ammo was in good shape as far as I can tell. I just don't like storing my ammo like this!”

“Easy to navagate the web site easy to order. Shipment came in a timely manner. A little disappointed in the shipment box was damage although it probably wasn’t any fault of yours haven’t use any of the rounds yet so more on that later”

“You can not beat the price and fast shipping. Unfortunately, I think packaging could have been better. Some of the boxes were crushed. Some rounds even had the bullets pushed / seated lower in the case, some dented, which stinks because I'm going to reload them. I would say 50 rounds of the 1000 was in bad shape, the rest was fine. In defense of outdoor limited, the package might have been dropped by the shipper somewhere in its transit. The damage was on the side of the box that didn't have the extra cardboard insert. Naturally, out of the two companies offered for shipping, I chosed the higher priced shipping option. Next time, I will choose the other shipping company. In the end I'm happy for the great pricing, fast delivery and large selection of ammo.”

“Over all pricing and delivery was fine – packing was unprofessional. The ammo boxes were placed in the bottom of a cardboard box with bubble cushion on top only. Therefore as the bottom corners of the box was damaged/dented in shipping so was one of the ammo boxes. Not sure if the ammo is okay or not.”

“Quick delivery, However .223 box was open half the cartridges were out few were missing. But over all price was good haven't tried anything yet so can't comment on that. 3 stars because of above issue would have given 5..”

“They can't seem to follow instructions on the order, I paid for an over box of my order. They did not do that. The over box is only $1.00 But I know how things get handled in shipping. 2 of the boxes of ammo had crushed ends. The Ammo was not damaged.”

“I use UPS My Choice to manage deliveries but OL had shipping so restricted that I couldn't do anything, not even setting up a delivery window. UPS told me to contact OL which I did and they had the delivery held at the UPS distribution center, which I should have been able to do online using my UPS account. The Will Call desk couldn't even scan it for pickup like they normally do and they had to print a form for me to sign. I'm grateful OL was accomodating to my request but probably won't order again if customizing package delivery is this difficult to manage. Overall the product I ordered and price were great.”
