“I wish I could continue to do business with Outdoor Limited, but after my recent experience, not only will I no longer do business with your company, I will have to share your business practices on social media and with the FTC. I am a pretty patient person, but if you short my order and can't come close to a resolution a month later, patience is lost. Your customer service process has failed as nobody ever responded to my "problem order form", and 9 emails later I can see that this will not be resolved.”

“Took longer than was portrayed to get my stuff to me. The next two problems are not on outdoor unlimited, ammo does not load well into my RAR and the box was busted up and a shell was missing out of the package.”

“Ordered online and sent in my FOID card (because I live in Illinois) and it arrived within a week or 2. Packaged perfectly and kept me up to date when it was coming. Highly Recommend!!! Shot a gun from WWI that hadn't been shot for 50 plus years. These bullets fired out like the gun just came off the assembly line brand new! Awesome customer service too! Way to go Outdoor Limited!!!!”
