Sold me a faulty monitor. Then I had to wait months for the replacement. Then the replacement Went faulty. Then they tried to shove me off onto the manufacturer who tried to send me back in a loop. Would do NOTHING to help me except simply offer my money back. Which doesn't help because not having a monitor effects my livelihood, and I paid top dollar and invested MONTHS/WEEKS of time to get the product I wanted (impossible to get a hold of this model). Their solution was just go without it for weeks to get it repaired or refund it and buy a lesser one. Pure profit orientated with no consideration or special care for individuals as customers. Staff are friendly but completely tied up by management.

35 minutes, and waiting, for customer support with a stupid message “please Wait for next available agent”. Other companies give you the courtesy to tell you what your queue number is. Ordered via finance which went smoothly with the external company, but no update on the ocuk website hours later despite fully approved and confirmed finance. You’d think when spending a *small fortune* there would be some semblance of decent quality of information exchange. Previous purchases went well when no finance was used. There was no need for customer support. But this experience definitely gives me a different perspective to consider when buying a expensive goods.

I've been a customer of Overclockers for years, I was still living with my parents when I made my first purchase (so ~20 years ago). For the longest time they were fantastic, and the inclusion of a packet of Harribo with each order is a nice touch...but all good things must come to an end. To be fair, we all know that the RTX 30xx series of cards have low stock everywhere - however Overclockers are giving no indication as to when we can expect our cards. So far I have had two queue update emails (which it is claimed are only sent when they have shipped your type of card) - but there has been no info stating that the card I ordered has been shipped at all. In fact, the updates didn't even mention that the TUF 3080 was even being delivered to them. So either many people cancelled (probable), or they got a delivery and didn't update the forum. Either way, how am I supposed to know when I might get the product that has been paid for? Do I cancel my order and try elsewhere? Has Overclockers bothered to respond to my email (webnote) asking for an official ETA? No, they are running silent. Communication is far from their strong point, support has gone downhill, and they try to force you to use the forum. The forum might be official but the moderators are not (they do not work for OCUK), so good luck getting an accurate answer. Frankly they have grown to big, and as a result have lost what made them special. When I do finally get the product that has been paid for in full, it will be my last purchase - I will not be ordering from them again.

I sent my computer in for a repair as it's still under warranty, they couldn't find anything wrong with it and so they sent it back to me. When I got my computer back, the hard drive looked like it had been rammed back in place, I phoned them up soon as I saw the damage and they said: "It could of happened in transit and there is nothing we could do". If you have to send your PC in for repairs to OverClockers, I would take pictures of your PC before you send it to them as you may need the evidence to prove the state of the PC.

same experience as everybody else on here. ordered an item with Saturday delivery option (paid extra for) that was in stock and in time for Saturday delivery. they didn't even bother to ship it on the Friday. can't trust them and wont use them again. BOX and SCAN in my experience do fulfill their delivery promises

Disgusting customer service- take money anc do not dispatch items. Rude and lie to you on the phone, when asked where the items are, the response is sarcastic “well I can’t walk down to the warehouse can I, I’m working from home”

not the first time so decided to warn others - if you order and pay for next day delivery even if you order in the morning, you can be certain it will not arrive the next day or the day after - it will not even get shipped without contacting and complaining to the sales team - that is the most missleading company i have ever used. Will never use again - timewasters.

So sent a faulty mainboard back to them within 30 days of getting it. kept rebooting and network port stopped working. They then send me a email that they returning my board due to damage of the cpu socket pins. The guy on the phone basically insinuated that i damaged the board and thats why i sent it back. Im not supposed to prove that the board was fine when i sent it yet they dont have to prove they didnt damage it. Crafty way to avoid replacing faulty equipment. Id avoid this reseller at all cost. Use SCAN or another reseller.

Dear Overclockers Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the delivery of my next-day parcel, which has encountered several obstacles due to an address discrepancy between your system and DPD's. Upon receiving notification from DPD that they could not deliver my package due to an incorrect address, I reached out to your team for assistance. During my first call, I was unable to receive help due to internal system issues. During the second call, I was advised to change the delivery status to "leave with a neighbor" and provide the correct address for that option. Unfortunately, DPD has since informed me that they still cannot deliver the package, as the corrected address remains too distant from my actual location. I have compared the address on your system with the one provided to DPD and found that they do not match. Consequently, I have incurred additional delivery costs, spent valuable time on two phone calls with Overclockers, engaged in three web chats with DPD, and now I am reaching out via this ticket request since your phone support is currently unavailable. I understand that errors can occur, but I kindly request your prompt assistance in rectifying this situation without further input on my part, as well as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I value the opportunity to share my experiences with others and hope that resolving this issue quickly and satisfactorily will enable me to highlight the positives of your customer service. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter.

constant lies for 2 months still no product.... after spending over 1 hour waiting to speak to someone. each time if you hear the line we expect it the second half of this month It means you need to be compensated for them wasting your time they have sold my parts as I wait for parts to come in stopping any delivery as they need to wait for new parts they sold from my order that were in stock they have blamed royal mail they blamed xmas they blamed there warehouse they have blamed me for ordering all my parts at the same time and now they are blaming the Chinese new year and saying I have to wait till half way through next month I have had this said too many times now... While I still have nothing and they sit on my money.. what the hell happened to this company????? they have the time to block bad reviews but not to do what you pay them for.. I HATE LIES AND PEOPLE THAT PASS THE BUCK. I Feel such a strong need to pay them a visit to punish them for there lies and that is going to cost them for me to go out my way to do so.. I really hope they see the error of there ways before I turn up at there house to personally ask where my stuff is ???? clock is ticking
