“This is the second time I've used overnight caskets both with the same results, outstanding they provide it a good selection the price was excellent and they delivered earlier than they promised. So much less costly this way than going through the funeral home.”

“all involved were very friendly and helpful; Dustin et al. very decent folks; even the delivery service and it personnel @ HDS were good to work with. The funeral home, that is, "another story." That is why you guys stood out. thanks jake”

“Customer service was very polite and empathetic. They were also very knowledgeable on their products. Our dads' casket arrived in a timely manner and I was even alerted on the arrival date and time. Our only problem was the material used to line the interior of the casket. There was too much lint and loose thread so it got on our dad's suite. The funeral home was able to vaccum the excessive away. The quality of the liner could be better.”

“Like everyone else, I was very skeptical about buying a casket online. But my experience with Overnight Caskets was outstanding! I ordered on a Tuesday and the casket was delivered to the funeral home on Thursday. From the initial conversation until the end of the transaction the customer service was excellent. The quality of the casket was beautiful, even more so than what we viewed at the funeral home! I will tell everyone I know and then some about Overnight Caskets!”

“Had an excellent experience, and highly recommend to others. There is no reason to allow funeral homes or your emotions to spend money needlessly. I was cautious and called to make sure my top 3 selections were in stock at my nearest warehouse to avoid any delays. I also paid for overnight shipping which worked out perfectly. I ordered on a Monday at 11:11 am EST and it arrived on Tuesday at 12:20 pm EST as I was finishing the arrangements at the funeral home. I was able to look it over and feel confident in my purchase. I had discussed with my dad several years prior to his passing about my intent to buy online. I am sure he would be pleased with the thousands I saved.”

“The casket arrived on the next day as promised. Only thing is that the delivery company initially couldn't guarantee that it could arrive before the time the funeral home's receiving team got off work. That caused some stress, but after help from Overnight Caskets and the funeral home contacting the delivery company, it made it right before they closed. Dustin from Overnight Caskets provided great customer service. The casket itself looked nice and no major blemishes. However, upon inspection, the movement mechanism inside the casket to raise the platform did not move easily up and down. So the funeral home will do their best to raise the platform as much as possible for the viewing, which means the guests might have to bend over more into the casket to view the person.”

“This was a very good quality product for the cost. Paid almost 1/2 of the least expensive casket, funeral home offered. It came free shipping in 2 days, direct to funeral home. I received daily email status updates. Got many compliments on the casket. Even the funeral director asked where I got the casket from, as he was impressed as well. This was easy to order, and saved $1000. If the made in china sticker wasn’t on the casket, would have been a 5 star.”

“The online ordering was very simple. I paid extra for overnight shipping to ensure it arrived on time. The quality of the casket exceeded my expectations, the color was perfect (navy blue) and the details were immaculate. There were no imperfections and we received many compliments on how nice the casket was. The Funeral Home was very receptive to us ordering outside of their service to save expenses. Great service to have as an option.”

“Overnight casket delayed the delivery of my casket for my uncle it was supposed to be shipped on the Thursday and they said the earliest Wednesday I called them Thursday because nobody gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the casket was not there when I called the young man told me that he did not have my casket that I ordered and that he can send me a similar one and it will not arrive until Monday in the memorial services was Tuesday the viewing what's on Monday it would be too late the representative said they called the supervisor I asked him for the supervisor number I was refused the number because they said they never called the supervisor they called the freight company so therefore suspicious alarm me with the lies being told about calling the supervisor I raised pure hell with the representative and asking that I need to get my legal adviser involved the representative said they can refund me my money but what was I going to do with it being a Friday and no time or chance to order the casket in time for the viewing on Monday and the service is to after back and forth calls well over six to eight calls I get a call from the mortuary in the mortuary said they talked to the casket company and the casket company is trying to reach me because at that point I didn't want to talk to him anymore finally when I called the casket representative they told me the casket that I ordered was on the freight and when will be delivered overnight too many games too much anxiety for 1 and 1/2 the bear on top of the grief of not knowing that the casket that was fully paid for at the time of purchase will not arrive on time for the services I would not refer them again or refer anyone to them but the casket was beautiful and we got a lot of compliments other than that taxi services taxi business checking customer service”
