“This casket was absolutely beautiful. It was excellent quality and the details looked even better than pictured. I highly recommend Overnight Casket. My order arrived on time and in mint condition. I saved money and time without sacrificing quality. Also, their customer service was easy to reach for questions, and they called the day of delivery to give me the delivery window. I was able to be at the funeral home when the casket arrived.”

“Ordered a casket that said it was in stock, received a call about an hour later saying it was out of stock in the west coast facility, and could not order another one or have it shipped from any other location. Very polite customer service, but disappointing experience.”

“Holy cow! I placed my order at 11:15pm on Thursday evening and it was delivered by 4:00pm THE NEXT DAY. I expected the casket to ship Friday and arrive on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Since the Free Delivery was 1 - 3 business days, I decided to pay $150 for the 1 - 2 day shipping just to avoid any unnecessary stress. I could not believe when the Funeral Director told me it had been delivered.”

“Great customer service! I picked out a beautiful casket with roses for my sweet mother. I called Tuesday @ 3:30pm to order the casket. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and helpful. The casket was delivered to the funeral home the next day. The casket was absolutely beautiful!! Thank you”

“If you want a complement, the funeral home said that the casket delivered was the most beautiful casket they’ve ever received from a third party. It had absolutely no damage, which they said is common while being shipped. It actually arrived early, which we were worried about being around the holidays. It was a clean, beautiful grain, wood caskets with a deep shine color. We are very happy with what we received, at a fraction of the cost the funeral home’s caskets. Hearing the funeral home’s compliments ended up making me positive this was the correct decision.”

“I saw this casket on your site, and knew it was the perfect one. When we went to the funeral home to plan my mothers funeral, they had the same casket as an option there. It was almost four times more costly than this site. They asked when I told him I would be ordering online if they could see what I was ordering, and they were astounded at the price. They said it was lower than they paid for theirs. The casket was shipped and received in a timely manner. It was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough how happy I am about this purchase. People please feel free to shop from this site with confidence, because not only is the merchandise wonderful, but the price is much more affordable than the funeral homes, and the delivery was spot on time.”

“The product was very nice although it came to the funeral home damaged and had to be sent back. Another casket could not be sent in time for the funeral. We were forced to purchase another from the funeral home at 3 times the cost.”

“I was very happy with the casket. It looked fine and arrived on the right day. I took off a star because they could do a LOT better with communication. There was no information about tracking unless I called. It added another level of stress to an already stressful situation. The delivery truck arrived 90 minutes past the 2-hour delivery window, so my brother was at the funeral home waiting for 3 1/2 hours. That is probably the fault of the delivery contractor, but it's something to consider. Even with the communication problems, I would still use them again. I estimate we saved about $3000 by buying it with them instead of the funeral home. (And our funeral home was very nice about the whole thing, so don't be scared!)”
