“They did a great job of getting the casket to us before their promised time. Even though there were potential weather delays, they stayed in contact with us and everything went smoothly. We saved several thousand dollars and got exactly what my mom wanted.”

“It appeared to be a little tight fit, also I didn't care to much for the lining in casket. Satin or sateen woud have looked better, I think. (The deceased was 6'4" 245 lbs). Cost & shipping was on point. Would recommend.”

“Our first choice in caskets was not available and the suggested substitute was fine. The challenge was the phone calls to verify- and the cross cross of conflicting emails. In the end all worked out- beautiful casket. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again.”

“I really appreciate the attention received by the agent. Friendly, proffesional, curteus,. At a time that is hard to bear. I am glad to have you abailable. It would be nice to give family a discount. Even if your Service is in high demand. Us civilians are not really scooping up the money. Other than that, you still will be ones to contact in the Future!”

“Excellent transaction. Paid extra for delivery to beat a snowstorm. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Mom was buried in a beautiful rose gold casket. And, we saved alot of $.”

“Best and fastest service you can have. Especially I want to thank the representative (sorry I don't recall his name due to emergency) who answered my phone call on Dec/21/2020, 2:32 PM -- he helped me to correct my order and shipped it on the same day; usually it should be handled on the next business day since I missed the 1PM cut off time but he still managed to help.”

“Great customer services. I order a Casket on 12/22/2020, paid extra for delivery to funeral home on 12/23/2020. So can we can have funeral service for our mother on 12/28/2020. 12/23 late afternoon checked tracking #, no scheduled delivery date available. I made a quick phone Overnightcaskets.com, came to find out, FedEx somehow lost the Casket. Jeffrey informed that he will ship one overnight and called the funeral the Casket will be there tomorrow morning on Xmas Eve. The Casket was delivered safely before noon on 12/24/2020. Definitely highly recommend this company. Jeffrey thank you again.”

“The color was exactly what we expected. It arrived 2 days after it was supposed to. I was frantic about it but, Dustin did everything possible with the freight company and the casket arrived. It was something I didn't expect would happen hut, he took care of it. Thank you very much!”

“Sadly I had to use this company 2x in 1 1/2 years, first my step-mother and now my dad. My step-mother's pink coffin with rose embroidery was BEAUTIFUL and the delivery to 1 full day (ordered Monday evening and arrived Wed morning) and now dad's was ordered on Saturday Dec 13, 2020 and was delivered on Tuesday Dec 15, 2020 morning. It was late Saturday evening, Sunday is not counted, so even though it took 2 full days from the time ordered, technically it was one full business day as it was shipped Monday morning. The casket is beautiful Royale Blue (it almost looks black, but when the light hits it, it is a glittery dark dark blue and the top is a brushed silver. The price is amazing, almost $2500 LESS that what most funeral homes charge. Due to COVID, dad's funeral is pushed a week out (National Cemetery is backed up due to COVID deaths), so even though I didn't NEED the rush (I didn't know it at the time of order), it is nice to know that that is one thing that is taken care of. The money saved will pay his property taxes and some legal fees ! He only had a small insurance policy, so this company is a WIN-WIN! Plus, Jeffrey with customer service was very helpful (I had called to see if they were out of caskets due to COVID). THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Overnight Caskets! I HAVE told everyone I know about this company and cannot rate them high enough. Not sure 5 stars is enough!”
