“Cancelled most items in my order after 1 paid for all, only fent 1 item without letting me know upfront about it (or at all). I was suprised that the items didnt arrive, no notification whatsoever, but they took the money for the express delivery without a problem. Terrible customer experience, will never order again.”

I've ordered leggings for about £150 and 3 out of 4 pairs arrived dirty and worn. Took me a week to get a hold of them and when I did they kept asking me for pictures over and over. I asked for a refund for those items, took again one week for them to respond and asked again for pictures and if I tried to wash them. I would not pay £150 to have to wash brand new pairs of leggings.
I have asked again for a refund and been told after 3 weeks to send them back. I’ve told them I don’t want to send them back as they don’t have others in stock and I need them for a long trip, as a courtesy I asked them to give me a refund or a replacement. Again, they asked me to send them back.
Horrible customer service, never ordering from them again. Not worth the money at all.”

On top of the missing pants a second parcel is meant to come and I asked them to update its tracking and guess what!! They completely ignored that request and not I have to wait “1-2” working days for them to answer when that really means 5.

Incomplete order received with photographic evidence provided yet they were ‘unable to do anything’. Money wasted, don’t bother buying from here.”
“Due to a family member contracting Covid over the Christmas period, we self isolated for a week away from home. This meant that I was a week late in trying to return over a £100's worth of nightwear. The brusque customer service refused to take this into account and I was refused any refund. I appealed the decision and after several emails and another call, I was refused a refund again. I had even offered to accept a credit note or gift card. I am now stuck with overpriced goods which do not fit anyone I know. What a petty mean pathetic company. No consideration or sympathy for the unfortunate plight I found myself in. All praise to Next who responded very differently and refunded my money in the same circumstances. Neither I nor my daughters will ever buy anything from Oysho ever again. Dreadful customer service.”

“This is one of the worst companies I have ever purchased from. Both the blazer and the over jacket came with stains on them. I took pictures and sent them to customer service 4 times. They declined the request for a refund. The material Oysho uses is cheap and it is not worth the price. The customer support is even worse than the disgusting material they use.”

When I complained they just used generic, automated responses that had no relation to my complaint or used phrases like ‘your order was not completed successfully’. Well yes, I know that but why? Kept being told to refer to my ‘financial institution’ when it turns out they were out of stock! …or at least that was the last excuse.

“I ordered the light touch bra and leggings in green, after reading the reviews I was a little concerned however they arrived in perfect condition the following day, fit was good and they were very comfortable to wear, so much so I ordered a 2nd set. They are exactly what they say LIGHT TOUCH so if you’re expecting the same as sweaty bettys you’ll be very disappointed but I’ve worn mine for a number of yoga practices and they’re perfect. I dropped a point as the leggings tend to roll over on the front & side waistline as there’s no true waistband on the leggings which is disappointing but otherwise really good.”
