I bought some pieces from Oysho and one of them was really bad quality, so it started to torn up from different places, and the costumer service did nothing, no refund no replacement, just a discount code if I buy from them 🤦🏻‍♀️

Purchased few items and didn’t receive confirmation email. Got back to their website and they canceled the order! I tried again and they did the same. Costumer service (at least in the US) is the worst. They don’t even have a proper costumer service to fix any kind of issue. Really disappointed and never buying from them.

I bought a tracksuit and within just one day of wear, both the bottoms and top were pilled terribly leading to a horrible feel. It's such a shame since the style is lovely and it looks so good on, but the quality is shockingly bad.

Awful customer service, it has been 3weeks, since I bought. My package got lost in the mail. They had nothing to do under this terrible situation, replied auto-made response against my complain. I am the one who found my package lost by contacting Fedex. I am still waiting for their sincere answer and confirmation for refund. On top of that, Live chat was suck, I haven’t seen it was working properly. To be honest, they even do not deserve one star.

The package got lost in the mail, but then finally arrived 1 week later. Awful customer service, you have to contact them directly through chat or email to return the order. It took me more than 1 hour to receive the shipping label from them + returns are not free, $6 will be deducted from your return. I don’t know how is it possible in 2021. Will never use them again.

Missing items from my order, I have been dealing with them for over 6 weeks, each phone call they promise to issue my refund and then silence again. Awful customer service, questionable quality and poor ratings on sustainability if you check out www.goodonyou.eco

Refused to return or exchange a pair of leggings for being a few days out of the 30 day policy (due to ill health). For the sake of ÂŁ40 and letting me be able to swap a pair or leggings they have lost a good customer! The customer service was also shockingly poor and unhelpful. Really need to up their game to compete with rival companies that know how to look after their customers and don't penalise you for bad circumstances.

Do not buy anything at oysho! You only discover that the product is not as expected after you wore it, which makes it impossible to return it. The customer service is very very unfriendly and unwilling to cooperate. I have bought several products at Oysho and I have never been satisfied. The bikini that I bought lost its colour after I swam in the sea/pool or a couple of times. In addition, I have bought two sport leggings. From one of them, the lacing was of terrible quality so I had to restitch it myself after a short while and the other legging is transparent for sweating, meaning that you can see your belly sweat and the shape of your underwear after some heavy cardio. I was customer for 1 year all was good. Quality(90%) clothes,quite high prices. Quick delivery. But! Customer service is bad its takes 3-4 days to get answer. Twice my delivery was not delivered(Royal Mail not sign in service) and I was home that days! Oysho insist that my parcel is delivered! No parcel no money. Minus 1 customer !

I am disappointed as my leggings were faulty. In the first instance it was a phaff getting them delivered to a local shop. Got a text saying the shop had the order and they didn’t. Had to go back another day on my lunch break. Item lasted about two weeks before the seam split. Needed a printer to get the return label. Another phaff. Then needed to go to post office to get proof of delivery for them to send a new pair. They apologised but no compensation for faulty product and all the inconvenience caused. Would not shop here again. Not worth it. Good quality items cost more but they last and the companies treat you much better. Have had my sweaty betty, Lululemons and patagonia leggings for ages and will stick with quality brands

My order arrived fairly quickly however, I ended up returning both items. The items were of good quality but the sizing runs very small. The return process was quite complicated since the package didn’t include a return label and I had to email customer service several times in order to request one. The package also didn’t include a dispatch note so I had to check the item reference numbers from the website. Customer service responded very quickly and was quite friendly. Not sure if I would order from them again.

Clothes are really good quality especially for the price. I have ordered various items over the past year which always arrive really quickly and packaged in recyclable packaging. I have not had to send anything back as it all fits really well ( note cardigans in my experience are generous sizes) surprised at lack of good reviews here. Im in the UK, size 10-12

After receiving a pair of compression leggings with holes in them and threads hanging out of the seams I contacted customer service immediately as unlike most companies you cannot download a return label you have to request it. To say they made me jump through hoops for said label is an understatement. They insisted that I send photos of the leggings, their servers only accept a certain size file so after 4 or 5 attempts they finally received the photos which they then deemed unacceptable because you could not see the label! So I had to go through the process again, though I did inform them that under EU law I have 14 days to send back an item if I do not want it for a full refund so why they insisted on the photos made no sense, whether the leggings were faulty or not I am still entitled to a full refund, so much time wasting, quite unbelievable. I sent my fist email the day I received the leggings - 16th of March, it is now 14th of April, nearly a month later and still no sign of my refund. Having to contact them yet AGAIN they have started the time wasting process of now requesting a photo of my post office receipt from when the item was returned to them. Really an absolutely awful company to deal with, I've never encountered anything like it in my life. Only reason I can find for 1 star is the delivery time was decent but if I could give a minus number for the rating I would. Do not recommend the company or the products whatsoever 43.94euro later and all I have to show for it is a headache.

Compleet waardeloos! Pakketten komen niet aan en je wordt continue van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd; klantenservice is een ramp. Doe er alles aan om het proces te frustreren, raken dingen kwijt, verbindingen worden verbroken, zijn niet bereikbaar tijdens openingstijden (gaat het bandje af wanneer ze wel open zijn, terwijl dat dan is) echt zwaar onder de maat alles.

Dreadful customer service, cheap quality clothing. I bought my wife a pair of PJ bottoms for Christmas from Oysho and in less than a month they developed a hole in the cotton. I contacted "Customer Service", initially by email, but though the auto response said they would get back to me in 1-2 working days I lost patience after a 9 days and phoned. Their automated system was not great and cut me off two times before connecting me to a human who found my email and told me I had to send an email with photos, which I did and after a few days an additional photo, showing the inside label was requested. Which I also sent. Eventually I got an email saying that after reviewing my case they had "not found any defect that may have been caused by the fabric" and so would not exchange or accept the return. That is pretty bad customer service, there's very clearly a hole in the item, they're almost new. The process was hard to follow and I didn't feel that they were trying to help me at any point.

I saw all the negative reviews and got a bit worried... But knowing that many web shops were overwhelmed this holiday season, i decided tot give Oysho a try. Im very satisfied, the package arrived within a few days. Sizes are ok, a little bit larger than expected but nothing unmanagable. The clothes i ordered were of a more thin fabric than expected, so quality i still have to see. But very comfortable. :)
