“The worst customer service ever. The sizes are terrible. I wear L and order a pajama top on L. My 6 months daughter could easily wear it but not me. I contacted the CS showing the the fault with the product and they did not even bother. Terrible services in the US.”

“At 21 December I ordered some articles at OYSHO. A couple of days later I was called, they asked for a different delivery point because they couldn't find the one I filled in online. I told them a new one. But then a couple of days later I got an email saying they couldn't find this one either (which is strange, because they're post offices I regularly use). I emailed them back with another delivery point. But then on the 4th of January I got an email saying my order had been cancelled because I hadn't given them a correct address. I emailed back asking what went wrong, and that I was quite disappointed about all this. The only reply I got was an automatic one. This morning (11 January) I called them asking what was going on, and I was just told in a robotic way that the system had cancelled my order because it lacked an address, even though I had made an effort to help them... There was only an apology after I had expressed my disbelief multiple times, and nothing like a discount for my next order. Of course the items I ordered back then are not in stock anymore. This was a disappointment, terrible customer service, and I will not use OYSHO again in the future.”
“I ordered a number of items in the last week of November intending some of them as Christmas presents. They never arrived. The courier in ireland was Fastways and they told me they could not deliver it as they were missing records. I had to ring Oysho customer service 5 times to try and sort it out (even though I do not think it is the job of the customer to do this). I found the customer service agents massively unhelpful and one of them actually belligerent and rude. Delivery was never attempted and the items were sent back to Oysho and they refused to resend them to me even after six weeks of waiting for them. They told me to go back on the website and reorder and some of the items might be available - incredibly bad customer service. I am still waiting on a refund. Do not buy from this company ,everything they stock is available from similar brands. They do not care about their customers. WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS EVER !!!!”

It used t be great like 10 years ago but recently i have tried three times and their clothing are so horrible and such a bad quality(pant string were torn out and cut,very very thin pyjamas),look different than in the photos , too expensive etc! Also one of the very few brands that they don't include a return form inside the parcel and when you call or mail them nobody answers! I find is so suspicious because i never had any problem with any other other brand while procedures were flowing easily”

“I wish I'd never ordered from them!!My order was supposed to be on Christmas Eve , 13 days after I placed it and still on 29th of December haven't received anything. Tracking of the order is impossible and after a 20 minutes waiting on the phone they told me that it may be delivered next week.. “I ordered sleepers, I got an email saying that they could not deliver my order after 3 weeks that I placed my order. They said to either get a refund or choose something else so I decided to get a refund and order something else elsewhere. Later on, I get another email from Oysho saying that my order was in its way. I am now stuck with both and they emailed me saying that my order has been delivered, nothing about the refund I requested. Terrible service. Never again, it's frustrating that they don't even have a customer service number.”

and after requested to paid in advance - ok no problem- i received delivery notice that can pick them up from Piraeus shop on 4th Jan'21 i.e. 14 days after initial order.
I tryied to claim to the shop without any result. Also try to phone to companies head office and keep me on hold all the time without any conversation. Tried also to call customs service phone nr which is not in use permanetly. All that happens in the year 2020.”

I ordered a gift package (which was a given option) and they came in a plain paper envelope. The message was a print on A4 page, with small font size. Nothing reminding a gift. I definitely wouldn't recommended as a gift option, expect if you want to take care the repesentation.”

“Wesbite states that you will recieve a next day delivery. When i called to ask why my product has still not been shippeed i was told the shipping is standard and will take 4-6 working days. Apparently its an error on their website but under shipping and returns it clearly states shipping will be next day. The customer service team said there is nothing they can do and when i asked for a refund this was deneyed.”
