Worst experience ever!! do not book any delivery with packlink as they are completely carless and won't help you at all if there is any issue. I booked a delivery option for my parcel to arrive last Friday 11th of December the latest, it was supposed to arrive in 3 days and 7 days was the maximum waiting time,Ii paid extra for this as there were other delivery options with the parcel arriving in 10 days that were half price. Last Friday my parcel was stopped so I contacted packlink in the morning to know what was happening and when it will be delivered. After ages waiting in the chat I was told that they will contact the company and get back to me. After 5 days I haven't heard anything from packlink. I've checked everyday with them in the chat and no one has been able to tell me where my parcel was and when it would be delivered. I had to call the delivery company myself to find my parcel and open a case for it to be delivered to my home! Basically I had to do packlink's work. In the meantime packlink has done nothing, they didn't even contacted TNT last Friday as they advised they would do. I have submitted 3 claims and I am still waiting for answer too after 5 days. There is no way to talk with a manager and there is no phone available, which make it harder to reach them and in the chat when you ask for explanation about what happen and about the delays the assistant just leave the chat. If you don't want to be stressed and worried for days do not use this company.

I made a shipment by mistake when my partner had already done it and I didn't know. I had NO reference number so tried to cancel it with my tracking number. It is supposed to be collected today and I have still had no cancellation confirmation. I cannot find any email or phone number to contact them, and I cannot fund the chat. It just keeps coming up with 'useful' advice which is far from useful. Terrible, terrible contact and not user friendly. Also, I had to use the .com version because the .de website did not work. Would no recommend them at all and have been really disappointed.

Rarely use them due to issues in the past. Recently received an e-mail from 3+months back, stating an oversize payment was due. Absolute CON MEN in charge by the sound of it!!!! Have put e-mail as scam!

Do not use Packlink. Their online support is a calamity. Queue 35 in chat!! No email. No phone. When things go wrong with your parcel, you are very much screwed. Customer support is non-existant. There are many other companies you can use which have a valid email support or phone or chat that responds in a timely fashion. PS Parcel was picked up from parcel shop and NEVER scanned and got lost - using their service.

This is absolutely ridiculous, they damaged 3 boxes, they kept it, never delivered and I have been waiting since September for a refund!! Too bad you cannot give 0 stars

awful, awful, awful - avoid at all costs collections not happening yet tracking shows they have been collected? Hermes/packlink blame each other and neither gives a damn

THIS IS A SCAM!!! no customer service, VERY difficult to get in contact with, never got my package delivered, the tracking doesn't work ( it just loaded for while and never displayed the information) and they disappeared with the money!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING - ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT - THEY WILL BILL YOU £50 CHARGES UPTO 2 MONTHS AFTER POSTING PARCELS AND TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE PARCELS THEY CLAIM ARE OVERSIZE - THEY ASK YOU TO PROVE THEY WASNT, BUT HOW CAN YOU 2 MONTHS AFTER POSTING THEM. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IGNORE COMPLAINTS - NEEDS CLOSING DOWN - WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO EBAY IN OVER 20 YEARS!!!

A month after I received my parcel Packlink charged me an additional £160 as they say that my parcel was bigger and heavier than what I paid for. The only way to prove them wrong is to send them pictures of the measurements and weight of my parcel, which obviously was not possible for me to prove after a month of receiving the parcel. I was never notified of any problem with my parcel during the transportation, therefore no reason for me to take any pictures when I received the parcel. I do feel that I've been robbed and that I don't have any way to fight this unjustified charge. Very disappointing, will avoid them at all cost

HERMES/PACLINK LOST A PARCEL BETWEEN DROP OFF AND HERMES HUB. Parcel was tracked from drop off shop collection and has stayed the same since then. It is proving nearly impossible to get contact with Packlink and Hermes just refer you to Paclink. I will never use their service again I would rather pay for a more expensive service who honours their commitments.

Sent a package worth £130 through PackLink and was immediately "lost" once it was picked up from the drop-off destination by Hermes. They have offered me £25 in what they call adequate compensation even though the value of the item was over £100 more. Will not be using their terrible service again and would advise everyone to stay clear.

The service was so easy to book but once they took my belongings it turned into hell. One third of luggage lost and two thirds damaged. Did the claim form and two months later no sign of any compensation & they give no updates. This has been the most upsetting awful experiences ever for me. And you can’t reach anyone. I’ve no hope of ever finding my boxes or being compensated. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN

Terrible. After 2 years working with Packlink they have robbed me. I sent a 0.16 kilo pack to the UK from Spain with UPS via them. 5 weeks later they have taken and extra almost 20 euros from my account because they say the 22x15x4 cm pack I sent actually weighed, and wait for it....8.5 kilos! and I UNDERPAID They don't dispute the size: I have photos of me holding the pack with one hand, but just the weight.

I used them for an eBay transaction, and it has been a very painful experience. 1) I chose UPS from their list, but the pre-paid label they gave me was invalid and UPS never came to collect the shipping. I then complained about it, but the Customer Support was clueless, and I still have not received my refund for it. 2) I then chose Hermes, which damaged the goods while delivery. This itself is not Packlink's fault, but their claim process is not straight forward.

Packlink didn’t deliver an item then sent it to Birmingham depot.now they won’t send it out again and no compo s it is made if glass I’m not climing for damage just loss.just find it and send it on don’t give up

THEY DESAPEARED WITH ALL MY STUFF!!! I hired Packlink to transport 6 boxes, with 150kg, and they don't know where they are!!! On the page they say that there was an Incident 5 days after they took my things, they don't explain what happened, and said that they have 21 days to find out where they are. Only after this period I can consider that the boxes "desapeared" to accionate the insurance. The insurance will only pay me if I have the fiscal notes, which I don't have. I'll need to call the police and a lawyer to get my rights. DREADFUL COMPANY! IF YOU DON'T WANT A HEADACHE, RUN AWAY OF IT!!!

The parcel was destroyed during transport. The courier admitted that the parcel was damaged during transport, photographs were provided of before, after including buddle wrap packaging and fragile sign, yet after months of wait, they refused to issue the compensation.
