Beware of eBay packlink they are a terrible company who have no customer service if you wish to make a claim they ask for photos of the parcel with the label attached after it’s been sent, the currier destroyed the parcel and contents I opened the claim in December for loss and damage of the contents the claim has now been settled on April 3rg I still have not received payment six weeks later. I received automated reply’s to my emails claiming that “ these are difficult times and we are are all facing at the moment as the claims department are working from home everything possible is been done to ensure payment of your compensation” I stated the claim process in December so I guess packlink have no intention of refunding me.

Awful service! Lies up the Ying-Yang! The have so many people in the middle that you get the run around! And the people that do their dirty work for excuses use google translator! Make improper sentences and basically never a solution!! Please stay clear of “Packlink” my suggestion go directly to DHL or UPS! Never will ever use them again! Such BS!!

"Instant" 3 month to forever packlink delivery, enjoy Shipment date: 26/02/2021, Parcel is still "moving" according to Packlink, as of today :DDD By the way, it is not some cheepo service, aka hermes that was booked, its UPS international for a full price plus packlink insurance. Result? Buyer waits for his item for almost three months, ebay-paypal-packlink blame each other and wait until the parcel magically will be found and delivered, although I'm in doubt someone would be willing to accept it at the other end after being subjected to such a "high quality service". I certainly wouldn't. Avoid at any cost. I definitely will, in both, buying and selling.

I sent two packages with Pack link from SPain to the Uk, both of the packages arrived with more than 10 weeks delay and both of them completely destroyed. I've been trying to sort out this issue with their insurance for now more than 2 months and the only that packlink does is keep sending automatic replies, and make the whole situation so difficult that I'm about to desist and admit that my money is lost, even though I paid the money for their insurance. I feel completely helpless and none seems to care or try to help me. This is big for me because this mean a big lost in my company but for them I'm nothing. I've never felt so betrayed with a delivery company as I felt with them with the lack of interest and help that they offer when there are issues with the deliveries. I won't be using them anymore and ill make sure my clients neither.

They offer a package insurance for 4% of the sum insured in the normal version of packlink. If you create a pro account, this insurance costs 1% of the sum insured. That is a substantial difference. But that is not the reason for my criticism. If a parcel is lost, which unfortunately often happens with packlink, they refund the insured value within 5 days according to their own condition. Unfortunately, I have had to come to the conclusion that even after 5 months of a lost parcel, packlink does not want to refund the insured amount of 150 euros because we could not state the weight of each individual item in the parcel. We could only state the total weight of the package, and we had proof that the courier had come to pick up the package. According to packlink, this is not enough to return the lost parcel. They want photos of the package before sending it. Nowhere in the conditions is it mentioned that you have to take photos of everything. They want invoices of everything that was in the package. They want to know the dimensions of each item in the package and the weight of each item. In the meantime, I am already busy for 3 whole days to arrange everything according to their wishes in order to get a refund of 150 euros. Every time there is a different reason why they don't pay. So think carefully before you send something insured through packlink, because if the parcel is lost, you get nothing back.

DO NOT USE Packlink they are scammers, probably in collusion with eBay to rip you off with little recourse for disputing it. I am very thorough with things like measurements and complex size rules and I know my parcel was within the permitted size for the service I had chosen. I booked the service through eBay and got very little in terms of purchase confirmation and tracking. 6 weeks after sending the parcel for an item I sold on eBay, I get an email from Packlink saying I owe them a further £9.00 for oversized parcel. Their measurements against mine were overstated by quite a large margin (15cm+) which means it was over the limit for that service according to them, with no evidence. Their email pretty much says pay the balance OR dispute it with evidence in the form of a photograph with a ruler against the parcel and showing the weight on a scale. I didn't have any photos of the parcel as this never happens normally with Royal Mail or with other couriers. Currently disputing this extra payment with PayPal. If you do use them take lots of photos of the parcel but to be honest just go direct with Royal Mail or a courier it will save you a lot of hassle and mental health issues.

After two months they took money out of my bank account for a parcel that was supposed to be oversized. No warning, no emails nothing. They asked me for photographs of the parcel I sent against a rule and on weighing scales, despite sending it two months earlier. Lots of people with same problem. EBAY should be ashamed using such a dodgy company.

DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS, THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY BY CHARGING FOR ALLEGED OVERWEIGHT PARCELS Please do not use Packlink, I have been using them for a long time now and have over this time had a few overweight charges, I couldn’t do anything about it in the past as I just presumed I must have made a mistake, so I started double checking the weight of my parcels, the last one was a new item that weighed 281grams, the bag it was posted in weighs 8 grams and a piece of paper which was a couple of grams, i sent the parcel as usual and a few weeks later received an email saying my parcel was overweight, in fact they said it weighed 1.5kg, this is absolutely impossible unless someone had filled the bag with water, I tried to dispute this extra charge and even sent them a link with the manufacturers weights and dimensions but it fell on deaf ears, they just kept saying you need to send pictures of the parcel on a scale with a ruler next to it, who in their right mind would ever think to take a photo of every single parcel they send out just incase they made a mistake, Ask them for proof the parcel is overweight and they say Hermes don’t take photos of the parcels weight or dimensions, yet they expect us to, It now figures that Packlink make their money from overcharging, don’t believe me well google it and find out how many other people this happens to, from small sellers to large companies it’s happening all the time, once too many for me so that’s it I’d rather use Hermes direct, I only started using Packlink because it used all your details through eBay and saved typing it all out, well I’ve found out Hermes actually links to eBay and does the same, I’ve used Hermes for years and never ever had an overweight charge, Packlink are absolute daylight robbers and should be ashamed of what they are doing to people, they know what they are up to but no doubt will reply to this review and lie through their teeth with some scripted rubbish just like their scripted lying replies to our emails, Let’s fight back and not let them get away with this, just save yourself the hassle and go direct.

Item was sold via Ebay / postage arranged via Packlink. Item was crushed by Hermes and took 6 weeks to receive compensation from Packlink. During this time I was fobbed off and ignored. Terrible customer service - avoid them at all costs!

DESTROYED BUSINESS TRUST Packlink vis UPS apply a £4.16 penalty charges 5 weeks after delivering my parcel for exceeding their 180 cm overall dimension criteria. At 5 weeks after the delivery it is now impossible for me to prove otherwise although I know it was within limits and they could be telling me anything and dont have to prove it. MONEY FOR NOTHING. Trust in Packlink and UPS is now destroyed for my business and we will avoid them in future.

This absolute shower lost my parcel, didn't tell me for 30 days, then kept me hanging around for a month whilst they investigated. After another month they then denied my cliam, this was for a 1000 pound MacBook Pro, their reason for denying the claim? It was 30 days since the incidence. Check out trusted reviews. 97.9% dissatisfied rate. To say they're crooks is an understatement. Do yourself a favour and avoid

Cannot give zero starts unfortunate. Just avoid this company. When something gets lost or you experience any issues (and you will, believe, we have issues - from lost items to massive delays - in about a third of our parcels) they will just not care, not help, and have no problem making that clear. Their customer service is literally the worst thing possible. It's difficult to understand how somebody can treat their customers this way.

In terms of customer service, this is worst company I ever experienced. My parcel was fully insured and tracked but Packlink was not able to locate the package or provide sensible information. Very poor communication, just simply tricks to delay a claim process. Rubbish, totally rubbish company.
