“I am finding it is helping with all my old soccer injuries shoulder back and knees I have used one years ago hired from a physiotherapist and this is more portable and rechargeable without having to frequently change batteries I am really enjoying it after a hard days work at the hospital”

“I had a problem with an older version Pai nPod so I called to ask about a new battery for it. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, polite & friendly. I posted my PainPod in for them to check it. I was called to say they received it, then a call to tell me the problem, which was easily fixed. It was posted promptly back to me. Each person I spoke to was lovely & helpful! I wish more companies were as easy to deal with as PainPod! By the way, I highly recommend the product!”

Hi Ronda, Oh, I'm sorry to hear. Are you able to please send a photo to info@painpodau.com as we would expect them to fit a size 9 (I am size 8.5 and they hang off the end of my foot and my husband also wears them). Look forward to hearing from you.
