Hi Monique, thank you for taking the time to comment. Unfortunately, when using the PainPod HEAT the electrical heat it has to create will draw quite a bit of power so that is why the battery will last for 60-80 minutes, if you were to use it without the heat setting the battery charge will last up to 25 hours.
