“I did the largest size with square drills. It is just beautiful! Was suppose to be my husbands October birthday gift, but it was so large, and my first kit, it turned into a Valentines gift! Two of the green colors had an odd assortment of neon green drills which I sorted out. I did not have enough to complete the project, but contacted customer service via email and they promptly sent me an order form for me to fill out and to replace the missing drills. They really do honor their promise to replace any missing items!”
“I have got 14 kits from this company. I love doing it. I only ran out of one color so far but I save my diamonds from another kit so I was fine. I learn to buy the bigger size picture. I bought them for Christmas gifts and I started at the first of the year and have 4 of them done and frame. Love doing them. Thank you for being a great company.”
“I received my kit after approximately 6 weeks. Canvas is terribly wrinkled. Not sure how I'm going to get it flattened enough to add diamondsSome packets of diamonds are opened. instructions are not in English. Some areas of canvas have no sticky. Overall very disappointed.”
“Ordered 4 pictures. 3 came missing diamonds which is fine. I ordered the missing diamonds and waited for them to arrive. They never did I have put 2 orders in for the missing diamonds it is now three monthes later and the customer service people just keep going in circles and not doing anything about it. I now have 3 pictures that can't be finished (2 of which were gifts. Now they don't even get there complete gift) will never order from here again. Very unhappy”

“I purchased 4 different canvases. The first 2 came and we’re fine. The other 2, however, were not so great. They were together in a poorly sealed package, and subsequently got wet, at some point during shipping. I now have 2 ruined canvases. The wax paper cover is stuck to the canvas, and they are unusable. I doubt that I will ever order from this company again!”
“Did this one 60 x 40. Need this size or larger for full detail definition. When complete it is beautiful. The name "At Peace with Nature" certainly is appropriate for this picture. Recommend this one highly. Did run short about 15 tiles at end (finished bottom right corner) but managed to find some extras of a similar Color in the kit.”

“So I bought another one! I did the 40x50 size which was a great size to start with. No issues with missing colors or not having enough of any color. It's mindless fun after a stressful day and it's great to see it come together. I would recommend having a bright craft light so that you can see all the symbols.”

“I placed a personalized diamond painting order and cancelled immediately, because I realized the picture wouldn't look right. I was told by "Mary" via customer support that I would get my money back in 3-5 business days. I placed the right order that same night. My 1st order was never processed, but they kept my money...kept promising it would be returned. I got tracking information on my 2nd order and was told it would arrive on 4/16/18. USPS tracking information showed this, too. On 4/17/18 the tracking information showed it was hung up in Chicago. I contacted "Mary" again and was told to give it another few days. I contacted my local USPS who said they've never seen a package get hung up like this...normally they are in and out of Chicago. I contacted "Mary" again who said there was an issue with the tracking number and that she would put a new order in immediately. I have turned this over to the FBI, USPS, FTC and ecommerce.com. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! IF YOU HAVE AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT I SUGGEST YOU DO AS I DID. REPORT THEM!!!”
“My very first time painting with diamonds. Thought it looked really awesome and relaxing! I placed my order on 3/17/18 for 3 different pictures. I knew it would take awhile per their website 9-30 days. I was so excited to try it and knew I couldn't wait that long. So, I purchased 2 more on wish.com (cheaper by the way). They came in about 1-2 weeks. The packaging was not perfect but it was doable. Just a few creases, which after googling it was an easy fix. All the diamonds and accessories were there. Happy with that purchase. So now this one. They took my money right away. Got emails that it was confirmed and that all three had been shipped. A couple of weeks go by and I don't get anything else. I emailed them, and they replied with two tracking numbers. The first one they sent said it would be here by saturday 4/14/. So I waited all day. What do you know, NOTHING showed up. Then monday it was changed to show up today 4/19. Well, it did. In one of the corners the sticky part is bubbly. The canvas was folded in half and just thrown in the bag with all accessories in the middle. The wax came out smashed and the canvas has horrible creases like it was smashed too. I don't know how I'm supposed to fix the bubbly part or the creases on this one. My second tracking number has been stuck in transit since 4/8 in California somewhere. My third one still no information on. I emailed them 5-6 days ago and still no response. I am not a happy buyer. I spent a lot of money on these 3. One of them was a gift for my mom's birthday which was 4/2. I'm afraid to see how my other two arrive, if they even do. I will never order from here again. They don't even have a number you can call. It's all email and they have ignored my last one for almost a week. I feel like I got robbed!!! I am completely addicted, but my business will go elsewhere. Way to much money for what I have received so far.”
