“This is the second one that I had done. My daughter loves elephants, so I thought this would make a great gift. I wasn't sure how well I would like doing this type of craft as it seemed fairly simple. But, i have to say I love doing it! I get to just sit and concentrate on what i am doing. Everything else falls away for me, even my anxiety takes a break while I am working on these. I have now done about 10 of them and have 4 more waiting! You could say I'm stuck on them!”
“I ordered 3 paintings the beginning of February, I finally got them in April, 2 were correct and one was the wrong item I immediately sent them email, explaining this. it is now June 25th and after several email, texts, messages etc. I was told here are your tracking numbers so I wait another 3 weeks and the day it is to be delivered nothing. I check the tracking and it's going to an address on the other side of the country I still do not have the correct item being sent. they offered me a 20.00 gift certificate but why would I order more, when I haven't got what I paid for yet and to boot, it's not even on the web site anymore, I told them I was willing to change it to a different one, and I am still waiting. I loved the 2 I completed but getting frustrated waiting for the last one”
“After waiting forever for my purchase I received it with no glue for the diamonds can stick to. This is the second time this has happen. The first time I just took the loss but i’m giving pad to much of my money for this to keep happening. I also received one water logged and had to throw away. Pad does not make it easy to get a refund. I will no longer buy anything from you cause you do not make things right for your customers. You know people won’t go through the hassle that you want to put us through to return products.”

“I ordered 3 items - only received 2 - I emailed PWD immediately - they stated they would look into it. Now my emails go unanswered. $10 item - I would think it would have been better to send refund or replacement rather than receive a poor review.”
“I bought the biggest size of this and I'm glad that I did, but I have 2 complaints. 1 - there are 3 different colors of red used. 2 of the 3 are a 6 and an S. Its super hard to tell them apart, but I think I've done alright (I'm about half of the way through right now). 2- I dont get why one of the butterflies is red. There's so much red in the picture that they should've picked a different color for the butterfly. The other one is green and yellow so I think I'm going to buy another pack of green diamonds and change the red one to match the other one. Otherwise I love it and cant wait for it to be finished!”
“My only complaint is that my bag of black diamonds had a lot of round ones instead of square, so I had to substitute another color to fill the gaps because I ran out of square diamonds. But I made a portrait of my friend’s cat for her birthday and I know she is going to love it!”
“I received my item with missing pieces but they were diligent and had great customer service I got my missing items. I also had some round beads that were a mess so they sent me some more packets to finish off my diamond painting. I will be ordering from paint with diamonds again. The quality and customer service bas been amazing!”
