“I took my finished picture in for framing. It was a dragon picture. Many people commented on how beautiful it was. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that on every one I do I am always short of beads on a few colors. They are very good at sending more but the shipping time is very long; over a month.”
“I do not recommend ordering from this company if you want good customer service. I placed an order from this compan. However,I then found a picture I liked better. So, I emailed them asking them to cancel my order (it was less than a day after I placed my order). I waited the 24 hours for the company to respond. However, they didn’t. So, I sent a repeat email asking to cancel the order before it shipped. It has now been over 24 hours since the second email has been sent and my order has shipped. I do not want this order and I expressed so before it shipped. So, now I would need to pay the return shipping if I returned the order which is why I emailed well before the order shipped in the first place in order to prevent this from happening. Very, very irritated. Even if I like the product I receive, I will not be ordering from this company again and I recommend you do Not order from them either unless you expect not to have to contact customer service. Very unsatisfied...”

That being said, I have noticed that several of the diamonds have flaws, but there is almost always extra so this has not been a big deal.”
“This pen is excellent for picking up diamonds easily and quickly. The wax end is fun to use since you don't have to fill the hollow end of the pen with wax every so often. The only issue I have is how to remove the wax from the thin hollow tip of this pen. Anyone have any ideas? I used to use the tweezers, but they're too thick to fit into this one.”

“I really enjoyed doing this piece it looks exactly like my sweet Suki! The only thing was the colors didnt exactly add up which I didnt really notice til I was done. The photo shows brown eyes but the actual piece the eyes are color coded to red. Which kinda sucked but I figure I'll put the red out and use some left over colors that look better. “Only issue I have had was being short all the black gems and when I did the missing diamonds request, I only got 1/2 and had to reorder. I still have several kits to inventory as I don’t like to open the boxes before I am ready to start the picture.”
“I have ordered about 11 different picture. ONLY ONE came with all the right drills and that one looked like the picture when it was done. I have had to continuously ask for the correct drills and some time I have to ask 3 and 4 times. Before I even get time and that takes over a month to get. I order something in JUNE and it is now the end of NOVEMBER and I still done have the right drills. To finish a Christmas gift. It will never get done. I'm sick of asking for the correct drills.”
