“There are two big things I've learned about this hobby: 1) the bigger, the better. You're basically putting in pixels, so the more pixels you have, the better it looks. I don't go less than 40cm. 2) less shading/blending makes a better looking finished product. They can't make every shade of every color and so shading and blending doesn't look quite right. My Violet Kitty painting is a great example of what I mean.
Overall, this is a great hobby and is my go to when I need some stress relief. PWD has a great selection at great prices and their customer service is great. I'm a customer for life.

“I bought the largest size possible bc I know the smaller the size the more pixelated it looks. I bought it as a Christmas picture to hang up during the holiday season. It took a lot of work and is beautiful in the right light. The sparkle on the snow gives it an extra touch of Christmas. I vowed one was enough but I’m skimming through more to order bc it was so fun. I did run out of certain colors towards the end and it took about 3 weeks to ship. But it’s worth it. Especially with the right picture.”

“For those who are new to this hobby, if you want more details in the picture, go with the bigger canvas size. This one was 16x20 in with square drill and took me about a month to complete. The end result, as you can see, is beautiful! Yes, shipping takes some time but worth the wait. Also, buy the light tablet to help with seeing darker squares and missing spots (you will thank me later)
