“I really enjoyed doing this piece it looks exactly like my sweet Suki! The only thing was the colors didnt exactly add up which I didnt really notice til I was done. The photo shows brown eyes but the actual piece the eyes are color coded to red. Which kinda sucked but I figure I'll put the red out and use some left over colors that look better. “I had previously ordered 5 kits and was happy with all of them. Any missing diamonds were replaced. But I ordered 2 more in early December and the tracking number doesn't work. The kits are nowhere to be found. I have emailed several times. Just get an automated response. I have asked for a human several times and nothing! Does anyone know how to reach a human at this place?
Also the square kits I did the diamonds kept popping off. I had to glue them down.

So I went on their facebook and PM'd them with my problem and Pictures AS PROOF and made a review on their facebook page which was replied with "please PM us here and we will gladly help you bla bla bla", I already PM'd them long before that and not only they didn't respond they BLOCKED me from sending them messages...So much for "Great" costumer service and putting your costumers first.”
