“I ordered on picture, contacted them that I was missing diamonds (#310). No response, got picture almost finished. Still no diamonds or a response. contacted them via FB. Automated response. Came back to website, seen that to order the diamonds was pretty inexpensive.
Ordered a few more pictures, the diamonds I needed and a case-this order included some freebie items ( a fancy wax pen and an additional case). Got the pictures I ordered, got the free (and purchased) case, still waiting on the pen and the diamonds to finish my first picture.
Heard back from them on FB, finally but told them I had already ordered the diamonds I needed so no worries.
I just tried to get the tracking for the diamonds, no luck. The order now just says fulfilled. No tracking information available anymore. I love the craft but hate the service.”
“It is so hard for me to find and stay with a hobby...I have loved doing these especially on disability and keeps my mind off some of my health problems....I did some for my family last Christmas so they have something personalized before it was to late...so many to choose from as well ....love the assortment and to me customer service seems ok so far...of course all these come from different places so receiving it is anyone’s guess so I just order ahead when I am caught up....hopefully this fad doesn’t go out of style....I have got around 7 people to start doing these...”

“I got this to give me something to work on during down times on my business trips and as a stress reliever in the evenings when I can find time. Four stars because I got the biggest canvas and I found that some of the colors didn’t match up (bottom bird is missing contrast to separate him from the background). All in all, fun project and I will definitely buy again. Looking forward to when they make fancier diamond grabber pens with a comfortable grip and are more sturdy. I saw some choices out there and it’s not what I’m looking for (looking for something with a comfortable grip like a nice mechanical pencil with the same ends as the pen that comes with the kit - but again, it needs to be sturdier).”

“I love these but the problem I am having is that I ordered 3 paintings months ago. Finished 2 and when I got to the third I noticed I was short on diamonds. December 3rd I ordered the missing diamonds. It is now Jan 17 and they are stuck in customs somewhere. USPS has told me they cant help me. So the painting remains unfinished yet paid for. Seems odd since I received all 3 painting within 30 days... Guess I'll keep future orders inside the US...sorry”
