“Always great shopping with PSA! This is the first time i have every had an issue, the item I ordered said in stock when i placed my order. I waited about 16 days and it never came. I called PSA and Trayona answered the phone after a small wait (about 3minutes) looked up my info and said i could do return to sender and get a refund or wait until the item was back in stock. I said i would do the return to sender and get a refund and she put in my request. I got my refund about 5 days later, On a Monday , reordered the item Monday night and received the item Thursday afternoon the same week!
