“Hello - I live in the U.S. and I found out that I needed a PAN card for some site sale in India. I did a web search and came across the PAN Card Express site. The instructions were clear and I sent my documents at the end of April 2022. I received my e-PAN number around mid May and the PAN card by mail on June 1, 2022. The Customer Service was excellent.
