“I bought a mattress from supplier. The company to deliver is literally 4miles tops Warrington I live Widnes. I had text to inform delivery between 9:10- 11am. Tracking gave me 8:20 10:30am. I then had text to inform delivery wouldn’t happen - further text I was 4th out of 7 deliveries. I phoned the supplier informed that I would get my order on an emergency vehicle as they’d run out of space in on the thank transporter !
The delivery came at 4pm don’t forget they’re only up the road. But the driver informed they had to go to Preston Blackpool Wirral North Wales before me. I think they need a better route planner to keep customers informed and provide better automated communication.
I wasted a whole precious day off waiting and not knowing 🤬”
“Worse delivery company I've ever dealt with (and I used to be in logistics). When they opened the doors of their van, our fridge was on the floor - obviously not correctly secured in the van. When removing our old fridge they damaged the kitchen floor, bent a hall light fitment and snagged the trim on the front door. They were meant to install the new fridge/freezer, my wife and I ended up doing it.
If you can do so, avoid using this company.”
“I have accidentally picked the wrong date for the delivery. It wasn't any other option available on their website to change your date, but only by Facebook chat. They have promised to change my date with no problems, but then went silent... and when delivery date was due - they just cancelled my order. They said I have to ring retailer. When I rang retailer, they've said an error came from warehouse people. I was waiting my washing machine for 2 weeks! Never again I will pick any other retailer who deals with Panther Limited! Very angry and dissatisfied!”
“Failed my delivery and i was in the flat waiting for them. Delivery drivers super lazy and a customer service very useless which repeats the same sentence 500 times.”
“Absolute terrible company. If you purchase a product from a retailer that utilizes their services for delivery installation, walk away. Samsung store purchase of dishwasher delivery / installation. Personnel who showed up had no idea what they were doing or talking about. Made up some non-sense about piping not connecting - potentially just too lazy to do their job. Comments about needing to call a plumber. Red flags so did not want them doing anything or removing any items or trust they knew how to handle new item from Samsung so just told them to take everything back and cancelled my order. My twelve year old knows more than the people who showed up. I sorted the connection when purchased item from another retailer in about 10 minutes. Just had to screw it on and feed the drain pipe. Don't let them do anything anywhere near your property. Clueless is an understatement.”

Pretended not to speak English at times when it suited them. Company wants to Jack me around rather than just take responsibility for cleaning the carpet. See pics.”

When I complained that their staff left dirty hand marks on my walls and furniture I was told that as I did not have photographic or CCTV evidence they would not investigate. So much for a professional company that does not believe customers.
What happened to the customer is always right. All I wanted was an apology.
As regards a subsequent delivery of a single bed, I was told by the driver that they do not unpack or assemble despite this being on the delivery note. Eventually they relented and unpacked the bed and assembled it. All in all not a happy experience.”
“When the driver called he said be there in half hour and put the phone down rude! When he pulled up he called me said I’m downstairs come down put the phone down rude! My husband had to go downstairs from out flat and bring the mattress up himself! I paid for a delivery service which was. Ridiculous price and they couldn’t even bring it up , 2 rude delivery men why are companies using this services!!”
“I bought a washing machine from Samsung through The blue light scheme,was told machine would be delivered on 25th April then 27th all info on txt which I can’t reply to! I’ve spent £400 & received nothing!”

The supplier gives you one date and Panther override the date with a later date.”

Called multiple times and they were awful, actually stated ‘that’s the way the cookie crumbles’ regarding damaging my floor and not repairing it.”
“Hi I'm not complaining about a delivery slot I'm complaining about the third party drivers they use! The road I live on is being used as a van depot! They park at anytime 7-10 maximum size luton vans fully on pavements, on dangerous bends and blocking residents driveways and causing visibility issues. One person below has mentioned their mattress was dirty, well I can give you an answer on that one we can regularly see the vans drivers transferring mattresses from one van to another. They do this by completely blocking our residential road. Goods are stored overnight in these vans also. We are all totally fed-up with this.”
