“Wow absolute nightmare company. Cancelled my delivery from la Redoute twice at the last minute. Second time I’d paid £35 to upgrade to AM delivery and yes you’re guessed it- that morning a message to say they had vehicle issues and my order had been “rerouted” and my AM time lost no longer stands- not fighting to get my £35 back and no idea when this will be delivered, don’t trust it will be. Liars.
Had no choice but to use these as it’s the company that la Redoute use- but avoid at alllll costs if you have the choice.”
“This company has diabolical customer service . They delivered to a neighbour, smashing into our stationary van, 7 months on a massive number of emails panther refuse to do anything, state can't provide the 3rd party details who deliver . The final response was we need to contact our insurance company, as we gave no van reg due to panther protecting thus information! For us to do that would mean 3 grands worth of damage paid for and losing our no claims for a fault of theirs we were sat in our home watching TV! Absolutely abhorrent reactions, customer service, remorse, professionalism, I sincerely hope no one else puts their trust in this company and it closes down to avoid any more people been ripped off and scammed ( ONLY TO READ REST OF REVIEWS) , avoid like thee plague .and shock horror will not allow me yo upload pictures!”
“They cancelled my del8very of my skyglass was booked for Tomorrow 23rd I paid my first installments all sorted but when I looked on my text it said they were awaiting confirmation on my order then out of the blue they've cancelled wtf now what do I do am sitting with a broken skyglass tv ready on it way out ?”
“This does not deserve a star !! The worse company I have ever dealt with. I had 4 delivery attempts and 3 of those, the crew were rude, unwilling, lazy and simply could not be bothered to attempt the job. They saw the stairs and made every possible excuse not to do it saying they only had a 30 minute window to complete the job even though I had booked every possible service that came with the delivery. This ordeal went on for two weeks and in the end they refused to attempt the 5th delivery and told the supplier to cancel the order. I had 10 different men walk through my house and 8 of them were rude and made up so may excuses under the sun to not attempt the delivery. Avoid this company at all costs !!!!!”
“AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Been waiting on a wooden hutch from Pets At Home to arrive, ordered Wednesday 26th, delivery was due Friday 28th, took a day off work for this, for delivery to be changed on friday early hours, to Sunday 30th. That's fine i would be home.
On Sunday, received a text message stating delivery cancelled again due to hutch being sent to the wrong warehouse.
PAH were contacted and arranged for next day delivery for Tuesday 2nd. Again, no delivery.
Another delivery confirmed for Wednesday 3rd, and again no delivery, panther claim I CANCELLED the order, which i did not.
A week of being messed around and nothing Pets At Home can do to change courier on their side, unfortunately the order system picks the courier and due to the delivery requiring two men, this Compnay is the only option.
Worst delivery company i have come across, stress is an understatement.
Emailed complaint will be made to both Panther and Pets at home.”

Wardrobe was due to be delivered at 10am, received multiple emails/texts to say delivery was cancelled to then receive messages stating it will be delivered with no estimated time. Have waited all day and have been unable to get in contact with anyone regarding this. Driver called saying he will be here in 20 minutes, it is almost 6pm and he hasn't arrived. If you see your package being delivered by this company save yourself the hassle and just cancel. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

Booked two items and paid a considerable premium for named day delivery. Receive text the night before with a slot so prepare the rooms and remove old items. Day of delivery arrives and items shown as ‘delivered’. Contacted panther to be told ‘oh yeah, the delivery date and tracking we give you is the day we hand it to a third party courier do deliver to your address in 3-5 working days’???????
Sleeping in the floor with a baby now and no answers as to what’s happening.
Made even worse by the fact panther received the items 6 days ago so they have been sat in a warehouse the whole time.”
“This company is a joke my order was booked for Friday but then they said they would deliver it on Saturday. Saturday come round to wake up to a message that it wasn't coming as it was at the wrong depot. So I waited to be told I wouldn't get it till today being Wednesday. And again today I wake up to a message saying I wasn't getting it today as they had to change van. So nearly a week and I'm still waiting for my items for my garden to be delivered might get in time for next summer at this rate. Would never use again”
“Only ever had 2 items delivered (still waiting for second) twice they have assigned a delivery slot and time window to cancel on the day and say they couldn't deliver because the supplier (different suppliers) did give them the item. Coincidence?”

“Pretty terrible experience. Was getting delivered of garden furniture - refused to be of any help and essentially just abandoned the item at front door. Essentially bounced into accepting it by two people who seemed to have no interest in any kind of customer service. Wasn't convinced much more by the lack of care they displayed with other customers' items.”

“Absolute rubbish. Paid for a specific date for a large garden item. Inbox and text was then bombarded with messages saying day before delivery I would receive a time slot. That never happened so morning of delivery I called them. I was told not only would I not receive it that day, it would be another two days before I received it as they had sent it to the wrong depot the other end of the country.
I told them it needed to be delivered first thing Saturday morning as they were delaying it by two days it was then arriving the day of our party. They could not be certain it would arrive in the Morning even though it was their error you would think they could manage even that. But no again for the next couple of days bombarded with texts and emails asking if I wanted to upgrade. Basically they wanted to charge me thirty quid to take the packaging away. No thanks. Over the course of the three days they were supposed to deliver I must of had a hundred emails and texts. It was endless. All the messages reminding me how useless they were. So the night before the final delivery date I receive a text well about five another half a dozen emails telling g me my time slot between 4-7 in the evening. Are you kidding me you would of thought but no I was having a twilight delivery on the day of the party if the stuff I had ordered in plenty of time but their inept admin team sent it to the wrong part of the country. Bit o my that on the day of delivery I start getting messages saying the driver is running TWO HOURS LATE.
The item then arrives in a box big enough to live in which is obviously not going through the front door. It wouldn’t go through the door of Buckingham palace it was that big. So I said it will have to be unpacked. With that the driver was on the phone trying to find out if they were allowed to. There was no chance he was going to get it into the garden and he had no intentions of even trying to help us. So they just threw the enormous box of my driveway and left us. Mid party with the garden furniture that should of been delivered three days previously dumped on my driveway. I then started receiving emails saying they hoped it was a great experience and could I leave a review.

YOUR COMPANY IS RUBBISH. YOUR TELEPHONE AGENTS LIE UNTIL THEY ARE CAUGHT OUT THEN START BACK TRACKING. I COULDNT IMAGINE A WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

“I wish i knew how awful this company was I would never have let myself take on the stress. Delivery drivers rude, unhelpful and just an inconvenience. With 2 unsuccessful delivery's I cancelled my order of a washer dryer which I actually needed but didn't want any more stress from these cowboys. Jerrard is an absolute weapon he shouldn't even be employed by anybody. So now I'm left with a pile of washing and no dryer. I recon the reason they didn't deliver was because they had to bring it up some stairs and couldn't be bothered”

“0 stars !!!! I will never buy from a company again if i know its this mob delivering. Original delivery date 18th May, timeslot given the night before of 5-7pm, fine. On the 18th at 9am i get a text to say theres a delivery issue & my order will have to be rescheduled, not awful, got a goodwill gesture from Dunelm at this point for my trouble. Got a text at 1pm to say they will still come today on another vehicle but no timeslot only half hour notice, fantastic, lets finally disassemble the bed now in anticipation for it coming. Text at 6.30pm to say my delivery will now be scheduled for the next day, nowhere to sleep now, great…. Apparently will be updated that night with a timeslot. No timeslot given. Finally on the 19th May, i find out from a live chat robot that im 6th drop so itll be some time in the afternoon, still with a 30 min notice. Now the tracker is updated with a time slot of 8.20 to 10.20, and its now 11.30. Must be miracle workers these lot. Absolute joke, steer well clear !! - bed arrived finally at 12.30 and the drivers couldnt have been any more nice. But still, i will never buy if i know its coming from Panther!”
“Awful. If you see Panther are delivering your order from an online retailer just cancel it and go elsewhere. it is honestly not worth the hassle at all. If you thought places like Evri and DX were bad then you've not dealt with Panther before.”
