I took a day off work to assemble a bunk bed. They contacted me at midday on the day of delivery to tell me they’d forgotten to load it on the truck. They then delivered it at the latest possible time on a different day. Utterly useless. Avoid.

Whoever was driving around Ayton north yorks the other day need to retake their test! If my dash cam had been working you would be prosecuted. Very dangerous!

Disgraceful delivery company. We paid for the packaging to be removed and the new fridge freezer to be installed in the room of our choice. Drivers lied saying our old fridge was full and they couldn't take it away even though the food was bagged up on the garage floor. They stated they only had 10 minutes per drop so didn't have time to remove the packing and the new fridge doors so it'll go through the door, even though we paid samsung £120 for this service!! I personally removed the old fridge doors just so they would take the old one away! We had to bite the bullet and just get it put in the garage due to no help from the drivers and their refusal to remove the packing, doors and get it into the house. Then the worst thing was sending 2 slim lads to lift a 150kg fridge with no truck, straps or lifting equipment which resulted in the £2000 fridge getting dented where they dropped it. Samsung had to come and replace the doors!!! Im sure the HSE would be keen to see their lifting style. Upon complaining to Panther head office the book of excuses came out. The Samsung engineer said the Samsung distribution network are turning to other couriers after months of delays, damages and issues with Panther.

Fridge freezer due 5 days ago has been "sent to the wrong depot". They have no idea where it is, was last scanned in their network 7 days ago. When asking for updates they just say you have to wait. This is the WORST delivery company I have even experienced in my life. They should be investigated by trading standards.

Avoid them. Seriously! Beleive me! Worst experience in my life! They left my mattress down at the gate next to another flat, and as far as I know they should deliver to my doorstep. And I guess my doorstep should be at my flat. Then customer service very arrogant! They dont care about customers at all! Avoid them.

Would give it 0 if I could. Turned up with half my bed order, didn’t send 2 man to deliver to bedroom (paid for this service as I am pregnant), said they were sending the rest of the order on the 15th, I requested a date change only to receive a time slot for the 15th the evening before so rearranged work to be home…for them not to turn up. Customer service had 0 interest in any of it.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star !!! Awful company to deal with. I was waiting for a delivery of a bed. Was at home waiting, they sent a text failed delivery with a photo of my front door, yet I was in the flat the whole time. I called to be met with rudeness and more lies, they did not knock at my door or press my buzzer. Just liars. The other photo of the bed outside my door wasn't even in my building. Avoid at all costs and ask companies who their deliveries are with.

How can panther expect 2 slim lads to deliver and install a very very heavy American fridge freezer without a truck or trolley to move it on. They should be investigated by the HSE. Refused to remove old fridge so I had to remove the doors. Refused to remove the packing and remove doors on brand new 3k fridge freezer to get it in the house as they "only get 1p mins per job"!! Use somebody else Samsung! We paid extra for this and are now taking it up with Samsung.

Awful customer service. Have literally sent me on a wild goose chase and all I wanted to do was rearrange delivery. Four times I contacted them today and each time was wrong phone number etc. shocking

They run their two man professional delivery services from residential streets. Their fleet of delivery vehicles are parked badly overnight clogging up our road so people who actually live here can't park. They think nothing of blocking your drive for TWO DAYS! Unloading and dragging customer mattresses/TV's etc in the middle of the road from one van to another. Whilst blocking the entire road on a regular basis, they speed whilst on their phones and basically are taking over the road and causing distress to the people who live here.

useless - dropped off filing cabinet, smashed. refused to collect previous one despite this being on my order. refused to wait whilst I phoned their boss and didn't let me see their delivery instructions - certainly would NOT use them

We ordered a sofa from Dunelm, we live on bottom floor. Delivery men said they would try again the next day as apparently 2 men were not enough (for bottom floor) and they needed 3 men. Heard nothing from company and had to phone them to follow up. And apparently they are not allowed to just offload the product and then ourselves to carry it in. Then refused to deliver to us due to access issue (bottom floor) and said we refused the delivery (untrue). Useless and lazy delivery company

These guys came to my house without my samsung 50 inch tv. They pretended to be surprised and left. At lunchtime, the warehouse manager called me and said that they were looking for my TV, but for some reason they noted on their website that the delivery was successful. After my call, they corrected the information, but they forgot to inform Samsung about the undelivered goods. Therefore, in the evening I received congratulations from Samsung on my purchase. I called Samsung and explained to them that they were wrong. For the past 3 weeks, Samsung has not been able to say anything about my money, or about the new delivery date of the TV. They say they are investigating, although I provided them with information from the deliverer that the cargo was not delivered.

After paying alot of money for a product I expected it to be delivered on the time specified. My purchase was sent to Northampton Instead of Warrington, now I know when you say both them places out loud they sound familiar 😑 or even if you read them they look similar 😑. But yet I'm still waiting for my product. Zero remorse for the mess around. Zero compensation, not the delivery guys fault of course clearly admin mistake. Shameful.

Delivery drivers pathetically lazy - we paid extra for our delivery to be taken up one flight of stairs - didn’t want to do it and when they reluctantly did just they just dumped it in the hallway telling my wife it didn’t fit. I had to go up there and immediately got it through the door with ease.

Ordered bed from dunelm to be delivered 25/01/23 got a text on the morning saying only 3 out of 4 pieces had been transfered from panthers warehouse in northampton ? I believe to gateshead for delivary. I said cannot I not wait & have them delivered together? " no the 3 pieces are on the way " she told me she would sort it out & possible express delivery the next day - no reply same story next day & next day - promised a phone call today - nothing!! I asked can warehouse men not count 3/4 big boxes are not 4/4 - she went quiet & then said " have your rant we always listen !!" I asked when it would be delivered? "No idea she said - im waiting for a reply to my email I sent " pick up the bloody phone & sort it then please? REPLY I cannot do that judt email & no reply in3days. I now have no bed working nights sleeping on sofa & no bloody answer I paid someone to come & build it on Thursday & take my old bed away . This firm is terrible & not helpful & do not use. Am complaining to dunelm now. Xx

I treated the delivery drivers for our dishwasher and washing machine with politeness and courtesy. Even offered them a cuppa. I was met with them being rude and abrasive. Having paid for the service they refused to remove the old devices, refused to install the new ones. I just told them to leave. As a decent-sized bloke they were quite intimidating - I'd hate to think what the experience would be like if I were a more vulnerable member of society. Shame on you Samsung for using this company.

Waiting on a delivery of a bed . When decided to ask for a refund due to none delivery . Panther claim they tried to get in contact numerous times. No message left on house phone , mobil or by emails . Due to this the supplier deducted £60.00 from our refund saying we were to blame for the non delivery.. This company is a complete joke .

Terrible company - twice terrible! Don’t get to choose who delivers your good but dunelm need to stop using them, delivery timescales are awful. Get told to book a date online and options are a week later!
