Damaged my floor and continued to avoid repairing it, putting up ridiculous policies regarding who can quote and how many quotes I needed before I could have compensation. Called multiple times and they were awful, actually stated ‘that’s the way the cookie crumbles’ regarding damaging my floor and not repairing it.

Hi I'm not complaining about a delivery slot I'm complaining about the third party drivers they use! The road I live on is being used as a van depot! They park at anytime 7-10 maximum size luton vans fully on pavements, on dangerous bends and blocking residents driveways and causing visibility issues. One person below has mentioned their mattress was dirty, well I can give you an answer on that one we can regularly see the vans drivers transferring mattresses from one van to another. They do this by completely blocking our residential road. Goods are stored overnight in these vans also. We are all totally fed-up with this.

Awful. TV from LG was meant to be delivered on Thursday, they then changed their minds and said it was arriving on Friday between 16:00 & 18:00. They then contacted me and said it was 2 hours later, so somewhere between 18:00 & 20:00. In the end it never arrived and somebody called me on the Saturday to organise a new delivery time. It's admirable they have any sort of hope that it'll be 3rd time lucky. Unfortunately I was on holiday for a week, given it was Easter, and so couldn't sit in for them on Monday when they wanted to deliver it. (I had sat in and waited Thursday / Friday already). Ultimately Panther Logistics are a delivery company unable to deliver products.

2 liverpudlian men who were rude, aggressive, unhelpful, uninterested, unpleasant, argumentative and ill informed. Did not do the job silentnight paid them to do. Mattress delivered with dirt on it. Did not offer to install new item, did not want to take the item to be returned away did not have packing for returning mattress. Generally a nasty experience that I hope I do not have to repeat.

3 days agoNEW Panther Logistics have messed us around and not delivered a professional service. They do not communicate with Samsung properly to deliver to the requirements of their customers. Instead they: *change booked delivery dates, *turn up hours late, *refuse to take handles off of fridge freezers so they fit through a standard door - even though it was requested and confirmed over the phone, *ignore complaints, *dropped and broke the fridge freezer before a second attempt, but failed to inform me until it arrived, *delayed returning the item to Samsung, *ignored request for a cancellation and undermined us and requested a replacement a week after your original messed up delivery, There is Logistics in this company what so ever. It has meant a mistrust in a well known company Samsung as a result of this courier company Panther Logistics.

if i could give it minus rating i would. had a rattan set for delivery. not a heavy set, its faux rattan even. the delivery guy said it takes two people to take the items indoors so left it on the curb and left. so my wife had to do the job of two men? this company is a joke, putting it out there for the rest of you, do not waste your time get a real company not a bunch of cowboys who cant do a simple 5kg lift job.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE IT TAKES 3 VISITS 6 MEN TO DELIVER A FRIDGE FREEZER. Delivery American Fridge Freezer, the order stated additional services wet disconnection & disposal & wet connection & install. Delivery guys refused to uninstall told me they informed their manager before they left they could do delivery only no uninstall or installation he told them to deliver it. They stood and watched my 70year old husband uninstall and remove the heavy doors on his own & they then put the fridge on the van. They proceeded to bring the new fridge freezer in & dumped it in the hallway. I spoke to their person on the phone explaining my food was defrosting I had no freezer or fridge and she said it was a regular occurrence and that they would send an installation team out that day & would ring me back she didn’t I rang again got a similar answer and eventually was informed they would send someone the next morning to install. They arrived took one look at the fridge in the hall said no we can’t touch that you need an installation team we have just come to plumb the fridge in we don’t remove doors. We eventually got a third team in they installed & plumbed in the fridge in the kitchen late that afternoon. We lost £100 plus of fridge & freezer food which had defrosted & spoilt. The only good thing was it was refuse collection day and we didn’t have to keep rotting food for a week. My insurance won’t cover the loss of food because they say it’s Panthers negligence so Panther are you going to recompense me ????

Received email confirmation of delivery date with two hour window, 10:14-12:14 ! Rang mobile number of delivery driver Shaan an hour later than the intended slot. He pretended he couldn’t hear me & hung up…several times. Rang the retailer I purchased the goods from who said they’d contact them to see what was happening. Eventually after a 8hr wait I had to leave to attend to horses etc, dogs were also desperate to go out as they hadn’t been out since 8am. Considering I was 5th delivery slot of the day, out of 23, this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. So I have cancelled my purchase and ordered from another company who don’t use Panther. Also Live Chat was unavailable.

Booked the Monday off on the Friday to take delivery. My replacement booked already Monday morning early hours I get a notification of no delivery. Need to reschedule. Shoddy, unacceptable and ridiculous. So I have cancelled my sky glass purchase. I will buy better in store. Useless.

It was a 2 man delivery and was expecting that the furniture will be placed in the room of my choice.... but they have declined and left the heavy boxes in the hallway. Doesn't make any sense. Pathetic service!

We ordered an LG American Style Fridge-Freezer from LG’s online shop. Unfortunately, the charlatans calling themselves Panther Logistics were responsible for delivery and installation. The LG fridge-freezer arrived with their three-man crew, which we had specified with both LG and Panther by telephone would be needed to deliver and install the fridge-freezer, as the doors would need to be removed to get this large and heavy unit into the house and into the kitchen. The 3-man team of unfriendly and very unhelpful wide-boys from Panther informed us follows: “We are the correct team to deliver and install your fridge-freezer. You are down for delivery and installation by the three-man team (us), but not for removing the doors of the fridge-freezer to get it into your house.” (I repeat, we had previously confirmed by telephone with Panther Logistics and LG UK that we needed a three-man team to deliver, install and remove doors as necessary.) I asked them: “Are you the team that knows how to remove the doors of the fridge-freezer?” They replied “Yes, but we can’t do it because it’s not down on the docket.” So the LG fridge-freezer was TAKEN AWAY AGAIN on the Panther Logistics van. THIS IS AN APPALLING SERVICE AND SHOWS A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER CARE. I wrote to the Managing Director of Panther Logistics, a Mr. Gary McKelvey, to complain. Mr McKelvey was too much of a coward to respond personally to our complaint. Instead one of his minions, a very rude woman, phoned us, failed completely to apologise, and actually talked over my wife without listening. This ghastly woman informed my wife that Mr. McKelvey had "gone out" so couldn't speak to my wife himself. (No doubt the coward had disappeared to the golf club.) Before these appalling idiots at Panther Logistics reply with a comment to email their complaints dept (ha ha! Lot of good that will do!) - I repeat that I wrote by first class post to Mr. Gary McKelvey, the Managing Director of the pathetic dog and pony show, and the result was as above. The whole pack of them should hang their heads in shame. Surprised that Decathlon use this delivery firm. Received a text message I can reschedule up until 4pm. Received the text at 8pm so 4 hours beyond the cut off time. Although I messaged the corporate WhatsApp number no one got back to me until after my package was delivered. Two hours after the delivery window provided to me. Arrived late. Two very rude and abrupt delivery men, neither of whom understood English very well. Didn’t deliver the full service. I was having my American fridge freezer replaced but they left my new appliance in the middle of the kitchen. Now I’m completely stuck!!! Plus, they also broke my ceiling light - which I only discovered once they left. I’m very upset.

A real bad experience! We were told our order will get delivered today, then got a text message their is delivery issue. Then their customer services called their has been some error on system- it will get delivered today for sure . It’s now nearly 10.30 at night and no delivery and no message from company. Really unprofessional and a big company like Samsung should not use them.

Failed to deliver in the time given, had to chase the delivery several times, when they arrived they refused to remove the old fridge freezer despite this being a condition of sale, left it in the drive, failed to connect & check the water supply to the new fridge freezer & damaged flooring, many months later they have failed to actually attend any appointment to asses the damage never give a name on emails so you have no idea who you are trying to communicate with, have ignored my request for the contact information of a company director...this was a replacement for my Fathers faulty fridge freezer he is 81 disabled & unwell...this company has no customer care & no intention of addressing genuine complaints.

Ordered two Silentnight double beds From Furniture Village .Silentnight used Panther as their carrier. No problem with delivery however van was dirty and damaged and guys scruffy. After they left, noticed that pendant and gold chain had been stolen from a bedside table. Complained to Silentnight who simply referred the matter to Panther. Two weeks later Panther confirmed it was not their guys, Despite the police report. Neither company would accept responsibility and were content with platitudes about their concern and customer service. DO NOT USE PANTHER Check with your retailer. Insist on an alternative carrier.

Ordered a bed from Dunelm & selected delivery date when placing order. Heard from Panther a few days later & they had changed the delivery by a day, which we could accommodate, so that was OK. The day before delivery, we received a text & email from Panther, giving a 2 hour window for the delivery to take place. (11:30 to 13:30) When still no delivery by 16:00, I eventually managed to contact Panther via their online chat facility, only to be told that they do not deliver to my postcode & the delivery window I was given was for them to deliver it to a 3rd party courier, who would then contact me in 3-5 days to arrange a suitable delivery date! The person I contacted did not know who the 3rd party courier would be. The next day, while an hour away from our house, we received a call from a local-ish courier (based 40 miles away), asking where he could leave the boxes, as he was at our house. Luckily, we have a small shed in the garden, which was open & he could leave the boxes there. I mentioned that Panther said that we would be contacted prior to delivery & he said that Panther had not told them any of this & that they were a nightmare to deal with.

It’s been over a month I am waiting for my delivery. I purchased a sofa of Wayfair and neither companies have been able to sort this issue. Panther missed two slots to collect my sofa from the provider. To add they delivered this to the wrong depo. I have been calling daily as the reference issue does not work on their website. They expect you to sit at home waiting for a delivery and no show. Shame I am unable to prove zero stars because this company and experience is utterly appalling. Never again will I buy from Wayfair or any supplier that uses this logistics company

Terrible experience, rude delivery driver who refused to deliver/do a package swap with my neighbor who I had left the package with, claiming semantics of the address not being exactly the same. Exact same company's delivery driver was happy to leave a package one week ago at the door unattended and unsigned for. They make up their rules as is convenient for them. This is all after giving you a broad 2 hour delivery window that they inform you about prior night at 9pm without offering any flexibility.
