What a waste of money and time. The first edit I've got took much longer than expected, and edits were unsatisfactory - majority of edits are mechanical and unnecessary. Sure, the quality of edits can be low or may even be subject to interpretation, but the biggest problem with this experience was the lack of communication and then extreme rudeness of the agent.

PaperTrue accepted in writing my request to proofread a translation, and prior payment. When it came to do the work they said they don't deal with translations but only proof English texts. I had already paid so asked them to proofread it anyway for syntax. They corrected wrongly two very important nouns - in the end I had to reproofread and correct the mistakes they made. I wrote to them about it but, not surprisingly, they chose to ignore my message. I tested their work and realised all they had done was put my text through Word's spellcheck and grammar check app. ????

bad service I do not recommend it for anyone. The service was not on time. The proofreading was on little mistakes. You promise to return 15% of my money but I have not receive anything. Very bad and unreliable service.
