“Disappointed. I have already spotted three errors from the review. It is clear that care did not go into the review. They also needed reminder do plagerism check. I was very upset. They clearly did go through and check the document properly”

“I would tell everyone to AVOID USING THIS SERVICE. I paid them to edit my dissertation and not only did they ignore the feedback given by my reviewer for each revision, they ignored the assisted materials I provided them that I'd received from my school, and they also added formula tables to my paper (incorrect tables) that I could not edit. After sending the paper back to them to fix issues 3 times I gave up and decided to work on the edits myself only to discover I couldn't even edit my table of contents. When I asked them what I needed to do to fix it they said I couldn't do it I had to send it back to them for a 4th time! I was like NO WAY! So not I have to edit my own paper and they refusing to give me an adequate refund! They are more of a headache then a help and they will take your money from you, do lazy not even half decent work, and profusely apologize and promise to fix it, but then NEVER actually fix it.”

“They missed their set deadline by 2 months. The finial copy was riddled with mistakes, both missed and added. Extreemly unprofessional, they are currently ignoring me as I've asked for a refund. Save your patience, don experience the frustration I feel. DONT LET PEPEETRUE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR NOVEL!!”

“My client was very disappointed, on review of the proof read, their main concerns were: • They have removed all of the section numbering. I am not sure why they would do this as it is necessary for the structure of the guideline and to be able to reference sections. • The formatting and minor text changes are generally fine, however where they have done more than this I found that more often than not that they changed the context of what we were trying to say. This has meant that I could not accept their changes in these cases and instead only make some of the text/format changes that didn’t change the overall context. • In many areas I feel that they have just made changes for the sake of making changes without adding any value. Since they don’t understand the technical basis of the document then this often changes the context. • There is some inconsistency in the changes they make. At a guess, I have probably been incorporating about 50% of their changes and rejecting the rest.”

“Novel was returned over 2 months AFTER deadline. Riddled with errors, some added some missed. They refuse to refund my money so I can have the novel edited professionally I've spent 50 hours since I got back my novel fixing the mistakes and added ESL mistakes "I lighted my cigarette" My friend is going over it now, she is at 30 hours, and not even 25% through Mistakes on almost every single page. If your looking to have your novel edited, DON'T get scammed by Paper true. They ignore emails, never meet their own deadlines, and won't refund your money”

“I was happy with the services until last they only did minor changes to my paper. I did check it again using another software, and there was still a grammatical error. Also, a lil bit confused when they offered a service to plagiarism check, but none of the similarity results appeared in my document. I still need to spend money to check the similarity rate using another service. Not worth the money :)))”

“It's totally a waste of money and time. Very childish skills and Shameful result. I can't believe that this job was done by a native English speaker. It's worse than a computer spell check. All lines were not ordered. They even don't know how to make titles and put page numbers that you can track.”

“The first editor who was assigned for my resume didn't seem to know what he was doing. He changed my resume to be in third person and barely made other changes other than that. I complained and they assigned me a new editor, and he basically changed my resume back to its original version, with one or two minor additional changes. I even paid extra money for the work to be completed within 12 hrs and it turned into a waste.”

“Please do not waste your money! My thesis was not formatted properly. There were major mistakes which I have pointed it out in detail (losing precious hours). Still, they could not fix it. Everytime I requested a review, my document came back worse. It seems that the editor got mad and made it on purpose. Very unprofessional. There was page numbering mistakes, tables did not show the headings, not correct font size and margins and so on. Even after seeing that my thesis was not edited correctly they would not fix the problem or give me my money back. I lost my deadline and wasted 500,00 dollars. Please do not believe their sweet words. They will say: "we are deeply sorry, my name is so and so and I will personally ensure that the document is formatted correctly this time". All lies. Never heard from so and so again. Instead you have to explain the same things to a different person over and over again. They do not correct beyond grammar mistakes, even if you pay for the most expensive service. It is a complete waste of money and time.”

Whey spoke with thim,they still repeat saying the same issue ,they looks like program on repeat same think without find any solution and without understanding the costumer needs .very poor quality . “This paper presents the results of experimental and numerical tests undertaken to investigate the slope effect on the bearing capacity of an eccentrically loaded strip footing on a geogrid reinforced sand slope. Several tests were conducted on a reduced model footing under various eccentric loads. The obtained results are presented in the form of a parametric study in order to examine the effect of the slope on the bearing capacity and the depth (µ) of the geogrid layers of the footing under different eccentric loads. This study showed that the location of the load eccentricity relative to the slope crest has a significant effect on the foundation behavior. The bearing capacity is higher in the case of an eccentrically load located far away from the slope face compared to that of an eccentrically load located towards the slope face. It also showed that the behavior of an eccentrically loaded footing on a reinforced sand slope is different compared to that established on a horizontal ground.”

“After a first review which was good, I paid again for an additional review, including the appendix. I received the document re-edited with a lot of missing spaces (121), in worse conditions compared to the document I submitted initially. And this happened two times. I lost all my trust and a lot of time; I strongly recommend to not use this service. I was also asked to pay again for the service; luckily I had archived the payment receipt.”
