“First of all, I tried the free service and was really impressed of the comments I received on such a short essay. I would definitely give a five star for this particular service. However, I am not satisfied with how the website deceitfully states that a full-refund can be made without mentioning any restrictions. I placed my order just now and tried to make a refund because I wanted some revisions but was rejected. I think it would make the service better if the refund policy is more thoroughly stated.”
