“Please do not waste your money! My thesis was not formatted properly. There were major mistakes which I have pointed it out in detail (losing precious hours). Still, they could not fix it. Everytime I requested a review, my document came back worse. It seems that the editor got mad and made it on purpose. Very unprofessional. There was page numbering mistakes, tables did not show the headings, not correct font size and margins and so on. Even after seeing that my thesis was not edited correctly they would not fix the problem or give me my money back. I lost my deadline and wasted 500,00 dollars. Please do not believe their sweet words. They will say: "we are deeply sorry, my name is so and so and I will personally ensure that the document is formatted correctly this time". All lies. Never heard from so and so again. Instead you have to explain the same things to a different person over and over again. They do not correct beyond grammar mistakes, even if you pay for the most expensive service. It is a complete waste of money and time.”

Mistakes that I had explicitly pointed it out already. They never delivered. There was major mistakes. I can not send my thesis like that and I lost my deadline and 500,00 dollars. Awful and frustrating. They make you talk to a different person every time, and you have to explain the same issues over and over. The last revision they gave me was a joke, it looks like the editor got mad and put all the mistakes into one version. They will not give your money back, even after admitting they did not deliver even a okay service. Very frustrating and disappointing. Please do not waste your money and time with Paper True.”

“What I thought was originally an A+ service quickly became an F-. I'm very disappointed. It's evident they don't put in the time and effort in correcting and providing proper feedback. Despite the recent good reviews I read on this website, I lost a whole lot of confidence in this company's editing services. I might as well do it myself.”
