“The online chat support people were really helpful with a request I had. Papier were able to carry the request out and the products turned out lovely. The products came in really good time, however I had some grievance with the delivery company who didn't communicate with Papier effectively, so couldn't locate my parcel for a while, meaning the parcel arrived a day later than Papier had outlined. I had a small issue with the parcel packaging as it wasn't very strong. My products were slightly dented in the corners because of this, but the overall quality of the product was great!”

“I ordered personalised cards. They are lovely and arrived pretty quickly. The postie left the parcel out in the rain and because they were only wrapped in tissue paper through they were a bit damp. Not your fault but something to be aware of. I paid for the special envelopes but feel that they aren't particularly high quality given the extra I paid. Would have liked slightly heavier weighted version to match the quality of the cards. Overall I'm happy though, love the designs.”

“Lovely quick delivery and gorgeous packaging, felt a real treat to receive. Journal is wonderful, customisation was great. Love dotted paper option. Just wish the paper was a little thicker as I think it’s likely to bleed.”

“The experience was good, including the sample sent and the quality of the paper etc. I had one issue, and whilst I'm aware it's not Papier's fault, I think it's worth highlighting - I over ordered my save the dates because I thought about the total amount of guests, rather than invites per household. Don't make the same mistake as me! Would be excellent if Papier added this advice to their website as I'm now aware it's a common mistake - although they must make a lot of profit over this mistake!”

“First time I've used Papier, should have paid more attention when ordering, would have liked to card to be slightly bigger with more of a gloss finish and delivered with a spare envelope, but otherwise was very good and would recommend.”
