“We ordered our wedding invites from Papier, and they look beautiful and are really high quality. We spent a little extra to get printed envelopes, and they are perfect! Unfortunately, the details card had some spelling mistakes we spotted when the order arrived. I contacted the Papier customer service team, and Nicole was so helpful and we were able to correct the mistakes and make a new order. The customer service was exceptional, and I will absolutely be shopping with Papier in the future.”

“There was a mix up in orders and I ended up receiving another persons book. Papier’s chat bot made it really easy to contact an agent to help me out. I got contacted by Robin fairly quickly, I just had to send a photo of the book and they sent me out another book with no questions WITH express shipping. Robin you’re fantastic and thank you papier!”

“My customised planner arrived slightly damaged due to shipping. I messaged them on a Saturday and within 6 minutes Steph from customer service had sent off the order for another one to be sent to me. The quality of the paper is really nice and the damaged planner is definitely still useable so that’s good.”

“I purchased some writing paper from Papier and there was a mistake on my address. I contacted costumer service and Melissa went above and beyond to fix the issue. Promp responses to my emails and very professional communication. I will use this company again! By the way the quality of the product is excellent and the shipping was fast. Thank you!”

“I must have added the wrong postcode to my order, as when I got the "posted" email, I noticed it was wrong. In a panic I contacted the courier who couldn't help and then papier. Alea, who works for papier, came up with a kind and helpful solution (reprinting and sending my 5 albums that I had ordered, for free). I'm touched, to tears, by this... as it was extremely kind and unexpected. My anniversary present will arrive late, but it WILL arrive. Thank you Alea!”

“Thank you for our beautiful photo books. I made a silly mistake and Steph at Papier sorted it out for me …. On a Sunday. She was wonderful - thank you ! Our books ( I ordered 3 copies ) are beautiful …. Cheered us up after saying goodbye to our gorgeous Cocker spaniel. Lots of happy memories. 5 star product and customer service.”

“I recently got a personalized Academic Planner from Papier, and even though there was a little slip-up, their support team is so sweet! Quick shout-out to Danielle and Nicole, they were so helpful, were quick with their responses, and just so sweet!! I couldn’t be happier with what they helped me with. Back to the Academic Planner; the layout is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to stay on top of deadlines, schedules, and study goals. The variety of stylish covers and the option to personalize them really make it feel like something special. It’s totally worth it, I'll be using these until I graduate!”

“Great experience and product. First photo book ordered from Papier and first time using a photo uploader and book app. The customer service was great - they went through my book and let me know which photos might be blurry so I changed accordingly. Photos printed really well, parcel arrived a day early and present well received. Thank you 😊”

“I am more than happy with the invitations and RSVP cards with Menu choices for my coming wedding. The staff were extremely helpful when I wanted something different from the norm. I’m just now working on the Order of Service and the order will be placed once all the details are finalised. Everyone who has received an invitation have been so positive with there feedback.”
