“Ordered a framed collage of my son. Slight issue with the first order. Melissa in customer service was outstanding. Replied within minutes, was apologetic and arranged a perfect replacement. They also arranged collection of the faulty product so they could understand what went wrong and rectify it. Excellent customer service and replacement product was great.”
